Refund & Returns Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. Returns are free for 30 days from the day your order arrives — with a prepaid label, so you never pay return postage.
How to return an item — 3 simple steps
- Email us at findsworth.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Receive your prepaid label within one business day, with simple drop-off instructions.
- Get your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return arriving back at our warehouse.
Return conditions
- 30 days from delivery, on every product — including sale items.
- Items should be complete and in their original packaging where possible. Opened items are still returnable within 30 days.
- For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been unsealed and used may be assessed before refund — contact us and we will always find a fair solution.
Faulty or damaged items
Send a photo of the fault or damage with your order number and we refund or replace immediately — in most cases without asking you to post anything back. Manufacturer warranties apply on top, as stated by each brand.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size, colour or model? Tell us what you would like instead and we arrange the swap with the same free return label.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside — and never limits — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day cancellation right for online purchases). Where our 30-day policy is more generous, the more generous terms apply.
