Welcome to Findsworth (findsworth.co.uk), an online store serving customers across the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms — written in plain English, because that is how we do everything.

1. About us

2. Orders & acceptance

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we email your shipping confirmation.
  • We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil — for example a stock error or an obvious pricing mistake. You are always refunded in full, immediately.

3. Delivery

Delivery is free across the UK. Orders are packed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–4 business days, fully tracked. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item free of charge — see our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 always apply.

5. Products & content

  • We sell genuine, authentic products sourced from reputable suppliers.
  • Product images are illustrative; brands occasionally update packaging.
  • Electrical items are UK-spec unless clearly stated otherwise in the description.

6. Discount codes

Codes such as WELCOME10 apply once per customer, cannot be combined with other codes, and have no cash value.

7. Accounts & acceptable use

Keep your account details secure. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, scrape at abusive rates or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
