AGN Roots Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate Unflavoured 454 g — Cold-Processed, High BCAA, Unsweetened

AGN Roots Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder Isolate is an unflavored, unsweetened whey isolate sourced from animals raised their entire lives on pasture and processed to preserve native protein quality.

This 1 lb pouch delivers a clean dairy protein isolate from farms certified by A Greener World and carrying multiple sport and quality verifications. The product emphasizes humane pasture management, cold-preservation processing to keep nutrients intact, and high naturally occurring branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) levels. Packaged in a thermal, resealable pouch, it targets people who want a minimally processed, neutral-tasting whey to blend into recipes, shakes, or sports nutrition protocols without added flavors or sweeteners.

How does AGN Roots differ from other whey isolates on the shelf?

AGN Roots focuses on full-life pasture certification and verified purity. The whey comes exclusively from farms certified by A Greener World with animal welfare standards covering the cows’ entire lives, reducing the risk of misleading "grass-fed" claims that come from confinement operations.

• Certified Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World for entire-life on pasture.
• Listed on ASPCA Shop with Your Heart certified brands.
• Informed-Sport and Informed-Protein recognized for testing and transparency.

What does cold-processed and undenatured mean for the protein I get?

Cold-preservation processing minimizes heat exposure so the protein's native structure and associated micronutrients remain closer to their natural state. That approach aims to keep more naturally occurring components bioavailable than intense high-heat drying commonly used in the industry.

• Lower-temperature handling to reduce denaturation of proteins.
• Moisture maintained around ~5.4% versus over-dried powders.
• Fresh dairy aroma and a neutral taste profile when mixed.

How concentrated and nutrient-dense is this whey isolate?

This isolate is formulated to deliver a high proportion of protein with a naturally rich BCAA profile. AGN Roots reports a higher BCAA concentration per serving compared with many competitors, offering targeted amino acids useful for muscle support when used alongside resistance training and daily protein needs.

• High natural BCAA content (reported 6.5 g per 25 g protein).
• Isolate-level purity for lower lactose and fat than concentrates.
• Neutral flavor makes it versatile for savory and sweet recipes.

What practical benefits does the packaging and size offer?

The 1 lb format is a compact, lower-waste alternative to oversized plastic tubs. AGN Roots ships this protein in an airtight, thermally protected pouch that limits heat and UV exposure to help preserve sensitive nutrients while reducing unnecessary plastic bulk.

• 1 lb pouch—cost-effective and easier to store than large tubs.
• Resealable, thermally protective pouch to shield nutrients from heat and light.
• Less packaging volume and lower transport footprint versus heavy plastic tubs.

Who is this for: AGN Roots Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate suits people who prioritize traceable pasture-based sourcing, athletes and gym-goers wanting a high-BCAA neutral whey, cooks and bakers who need an unsweetened protein to add to recipes, and consumers avoiding flavored or artificially sweetened supplements. If you want a minimally processed, fully pasture-certified whey isolate in a compact, protective pouch, this product is designed to meet those needs.
