Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear for Women — XL Disposable Briefs, Max Absorbency & OdorLock, 64 ct

Always Discreet disposable incontinence underwear for women delivers underwear-like fit with max-absorbency protection for up to 12 hours.

Designed to look and feel like regular underwear, these disposable briefs combine a soft, stretch fabric with a highly absorbent core and targeted leak guards so you can manage bladder leaks or postpartum moisture without sacrificing comfort or confidence. The XL size accommodates fuller curves and provides coverage where you need it most—available in a 64-count pack with easy-open bags for discreet storage and travel.

How does this underwear stop leaks while staying discreet?

The briefs use a super-absorbent core that rapidly locks liquid into gel, preventing rewet and containing leaks. Built-in side LeakGuards and a contoured, four-way stretch shell keep the product fitted close to the body so protection stays where it’s needed without bulk.

• Super-absorbent core converts liquid to gel instantly.
• LeakGuard channels at the legs reduce side leaks.
• Four-way stretch fabric hugs curves for an underwear-like silhouette.

How long does the protection last and what about odor?

These disposable briefs are engineered for long-lasting dryness—up to 12 hours depending on activity and output. OdorLock technology continuously neutralizes smells, helping you feel fresher for longer without masking scents with heavy fragrances.

• Up to 12 hours of dryness under typical conditions.
• OdorLock neutralizes odors instantly and continuously.
• Fragrance-free protection designed for everyday wear.

Will the fit work for postpartum needs and different body shapes?

The design accommodates postpartum recovery and general bladder leakage with multiple sizes and a soft, cottony fabric that adapts to varied body shapes. The XL option offers broader coverage and a higher waist profile for added comfort after childbirth or for fuller figures.

• Available in sizes from S/M to XXL to fit dress/pant sizes broadly.
• Cottony-soft material supports sensitive skin and postpartum comfort.
• Contoured seams and stretch waistband follow natural curves without pinching.

How practical are they for daily life and travel?

Each pack contains 64 disposable briefs packaged in easy-open bags for quick access at home or on the go. The thin, underwear-like profile tucks discreetly into luggage or drawers and many plans recognize them as FSA/HSA eligible essentials.

• 64-count bulk pack for extended use and fewer trips to the store.
• Easy-open bags for fast changes and tidy storage.
• Discreet shipping and FSA/HSA eligibility where applicable.

Who this is for: Always Discreet Incontinence Underwear in XL is made for women seeking reliable bladder leak protection or postpartum support without the bulk of traditional briefs. It’s suited to anyone wanting an underwear-like fit with long-lasting absorbency—especially those who need broader coverage, prefer discreet packaging, and value odor control and comfort during day-to-day activities.
