Always Pure Cotton menstrual pads Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Unscented, FlexFoam core

Always Pure Cotton Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight pads are unscented menstrual and postpartum sanitary pads with a cotton top layer and FlexFoam core built for maximum overnight and heavy-flow protection.

These Always Pure Cotton FlexFoam pads combine a soft cotton-feel top layer with a breakthrough foam core engineered to lock in fluid while staying thin and flexible. Designed for overnight and very heavy days, the Size 5 Extra Heavy pads give extra back coverage compared with regular Pure Cotton pads and include wings to hold the pad in place. They are fragrance-free and dermatologically evaluated for skin compatibility.

How do these pads prevent leaks during the night?

The larger back coverage and high-absorbency FlexFoam core work together to reduce leaks when you lie down. FlexFoam absorbs many times its weight without adding bulk, spreading fluid into the core and holding it there instead of pooling at the surface.

• 50% larger back vs. Pure Cotton Regular for better overnight coverage
• FlexFoam core absorbs up to 10x its weight for high-capacity protection
• Thin, flexible profile conforms to body shape to minimize gaps
• Wings lock the pad to underwear to reduce shifting and bunching

Will the cotton top layer keep me feeling dry?

The premium cotton top layer is designed to draw moisture away from the skin and into the FlexFoam core so you feel drier at the surface. In lab comparisons against a leading cotton top-layer brand, this product showed a notably drier surface feel.

• Cotton top layer provides a soft, natural-feel surface
• Engineered wicking directs fluid into the core quickly
• Clinical-style testing supports improved surface dryness vs. a leading cotton top-layer pad
• Unscented formulation avoids added fragrances that can irritate sensitive skin

Are these pads comfortable and skin-friendly for everyday and postpartum use?

Always Pure Cotton FlexFoam pads prioritize a no-feel, flexible fit that moves with you and sits discreetly under clothing. They have been dermatologically tested and approved as skin-friendly by the Skin Health Alliance, based on ingredient review and trials performed by external experts.

• Thin, flexible construction reduces bulk and improves comfort
• Wings help maintain a secure placement to limit shifting
• Dermatologically tested and Skin Health Alliance approved for skin compatibility
• FSA/HSA eligible for convenient reimbursement where applicable

How do I know if Size 5 Extra Heavy is the right choice?

Size 5 Extra Heavy is aimed at people who experience very heavy menstrual flow or need reliable overnight protection. If you typically change pads often during the day or prefer lighter protection, consider other sizes in the Pure Cotton FlexFoam range; Always offers multiple absorbency levels to match different needs.

• Choose Size 5 for overnight use or very heavy flow days
• Try a smaller size for daytime or lighter flow to avoid over‑absorbency
• Compare back coverage and absorbency between sizes for fit and comfort
• Available unscented for sensitive-skin preferences

Who is this for: These pads are made for people seeking high-capacity, unscented menstrual or postpartum protection with a soft cotton-feel surface and secure wings. They suit those who want extra overnight coverage without bulk, people with sensitive skin who prefer fragrance-free options, and anyone who values a thin, flexible pad that conforms to the body for fewer leaks and less bunching.
