Anker 351 Power Strip 12-Outlet Surge Protector — 20W USB-C, 2100J Protection, 1.5 m Cord

The Anker 351 Power Strip is a 12-outlet surge protector with a 2100J safety rating, one 20W USB-C fast-charging port, two USB-A ports, and an optimized layout for bulky plugs.

Designed to tame crowded power zones, the Anker 351 combines a high outlet count with modern USB charging and multi-layer safety features. It brings desktop, living-room, and bedside cord management into one compact unit while offering surge protection and temperature control to reduce risks to connected gear. The five-foot cord provides flexible placement without needing extra extension, and the wide spacing between sockets keeps large adapters from blocking neighboring outlets.

How many devices can this power strip handle at once?

The Anker 351 provides 12 AC outlets plus three USB ports (one USB-C at 20W and two USB-A ports), so it can power a full range of appliances, chargers, and accessories simultaneously. The total configuration is intended for household and office use rather than heavy industrial loads, so check device power draws before connecting high-wattage appliances.

• 12 AC outlets for lamps, monitors, printers, and small appliances
• 20W USB-C port for fast phone charging and smaller USB-C devices
• Two USB-A ports for legacy phones, earbuds, and accessories
• 5 ft cord for flexible placement near desks or bedside tables

What safety protections does the power strip include?

The unit implements an 8-point safety system combining surge protection (2100 joules), overload prevention, temperature monitoring, and flame-resistant materials. These features work together to limit damage from voltage spikes and to reduce the chance of overheating during normal use. Anker also includes a connected equipment warranty to cover qualifying devices in the event of failure from a covered surge.

• 2100J surge protection rating for transient voltage defense
• Overload and temperature controls to reduce fire risk
• Fire-resistant housing material and internal circuit safeguards
• Lifetime* $200,000 connected equipment warranty (terms apply)

How does the layout make plugging in bulky adapters easier?

The outlet spacing has been optimized so larger power bricks and angled plugs don’t block adjacent sockets. The long form factor keeps outlets lined up with room for larger adapters, letting you use more AC sockets simultaneously without adapters crowding each other. This is especially useful for multimedia setups and workstations that use multiple chargers and transformers.

• Generous spacing between outlets to fit oversized plugs
• Straight-line arrangement reduces cable tangling behind desks
• Flat body profile fits close to walls and furniture edges
• Mounting screws included to secure under desks or on walls

Will this charge my smartphone quickly and power small appliances?

The 20W USB-C port supports fast charging for phones and smaller USB-C devices; it can deliver a rapid top-up for modern handsets. AC outlets are suitable for most household electronics such as laptops, monitors, lamps, routers, and small kitchen appliances — but avoid plugging in high-draw devices like full-size air conditioners or large space heaters simultaneously.

• 20W USB-C: fast-charge capable for recent smartphones
• USB-A ports: power for accessories, earbuds, and older phones
• AC outlets: designed for laptops, monitors, printers, and similar devices
• Avoid continuous use of very high-wattage appliances on multiple outlets

Who is this for? The Anker 351 Power Strip is a practical choice for home offices, media centers, dorm rooms, and bedside setups where multiple AC plugs and a couple of USB chargers are needed. It suits users who want a neat, safe way to centralize power without sacrificing outlet availability or fast charging for phones. If you need a high-outlet-count surge protector with easy plug spacing and a short, manageable cord, this model gives a balanced mix of safety, convenience, and charging speed backed by Anker’s customer support and warranty coverage.
