Anova Culinary vacuum sealer rolls — Clear 11in x 6 m (2-Pack) 7-layer double-ribbed for sous vide

Anova Culinary Precision Vacuum Sealer Rolls are customizable, seven-layer, double-ribbed sealer bags designed to protect food during long sous vide cooks while enabling fast, reliable air extraction.

These clear vacuum sealer rolls give you the flexibility to cut bags to the exact size you need while delivering the durability required for extended low-temperature cooking. Engineered specifically for sous vide, the ANBR01 rolls combine a multilayer construction with double ribs to help vacuum systems remove air efficiently without compressing delicate foods. Free of BPA and other harmful plastics, the bags are made for safety and dependability whether you're sealing herbs, proteins, or large roasts.

How do these rolls make sous vide packing easier?

Because they come on 11-inch-wide rolls you can tailor bag length for each item, reducing waste and ensuring a snug seal around oddly shaped food. The double-rib pattern supports consistent vacuum extraction, which speeds sealing and minimizes impression marks on softer ingredients.

• Two rolls, each 19.6 feet long, let you create many custom-size bags.
• Double ribs guide air to the sealer channel for quicker evacuation.
• Clear material makes it simple to position food and check seals.

Will these bags hold up during long cooks and high moisture?

The seven-layer laminate provides strength and puncture resistance for prolonged immersion and repeated temperature cycles common in sous vide cooking. That layered design also resists leaks from juices and liquids, keeping your water bath clean and food fully sealed.

• Seven-layer construction for tear and puncture resistance.
• Designed for sustained low-temperature sous vide immersion.
• Double ribs reduce direct contact pressure on soft foods.

Are the rolls safe for food and easy to use with standard vacuum sealers?

Yes. Anova precision sealer rolls are BPA-free and made specifically for food contact, giving you confidence in long cooks. The rolls are compatible with most external vacuum sealer machines that accept ribbed sealing film, making them a practical choice for home and professional kitchens.

• 100% food-safe material, free from BPA and harmful plastics.
• Works with commonly used external vacuum sealing devices designed for ribbed bags.
• Clear markings and ribs for clean, reliable seals every time.

How many bags can I make and what sizes are possible?

Each roll measures 11 inches wide and 19.6 feet long, giving you dozens of custom bags per roll depending on length. Cut to fit small herbs and single portions or large cuts and whole birds—length is fully customizable so you only use what you need.

• Two rolls included, each 11" x 19.6'—ample material for large batches.
• Create single-serving pouches or long sleeves for big roasts and fish.
• Reduce waste by trimming to precise lengths for each recipe.
