AR-PRO Solid 10" Flat-Free Tyre & Wheel Assemblies 2-Pack — 10" OD, Sawtooth Tread, Sealed 5/8" Bearings

AR-PRO 4.10/3.50-4 flat-free tire and wheel assemblies are solid polyurethane 10" wheels sold as a 2-pack, premounted on reinforced rims with 5/8" sealed bearings for maintenance-free use on compatible utility equipment.

If you work with hand trucks, wheelbarrows, garden carts, or light-duty wagons, choosing the right replacement wheel saves time and prevents downtime from punctures and air leaks. These AR-PRO wheels arrive fully assembled so you can swap them in quickly; they use a solid, airless polyurethane tread and offer a sawtooth pattern for improved grip on typical work surfaces. Before ordering, verify axle, hub, and wheel dimensions to ensure a correct fit for your equipment.

How do these wheels eliminate flat-tire downtime?

The solid polyurethane construction requires no inflation, so punctures and pressure loss are no longer a concern. Because the tire is molded to a reinforced rim and shipped preassembled, there’s no need for tire mounting tools or repeated air checks after installation.

• Solid polyurethane tire — no air, no flats, no patching
• Preassembled on the rim — replace quickly without remounting
• Sealed 5/8" bearings — reduced maintenance and smoother rotation

Will these wheels fit my equipment and support the load?

Each assembly measures about 10" outer diameter and 3.15" width with a 5/8" bearing bore and 2.2" hub offset. Every wheel carries a dynamic load rating of up to 440 lb, but total safe capacity depends on your machine’s design and number of wheels in use.

• 10" outer diameter, 3.15" width — matches many light-duty carts
• 5/8" bearing bore and 2.2" offset hub — confirm axle compatibility
• 440 lb dynamic rating per wheel — check equipment load limits

How does tread and rim design affect performance?

The sawtooth tread pattern gives consistent traction on soil, pavement, and warehouse floors without the puncture risk of pneumatics. The reinforced rim and sealed bearings stabilize the wheel under frequent use and help keep dirt out of the bearing cavity for longer service life.

• Sawtooth tread — enhanced traction during material handling
• Reinforced rim — resists deformation under load
• Sealed bearings — minimized dust ingress and smoother rolling

What should I check before ordering replacements?

Measure your current wheel’s outer diameter, width, bearing bore, and hub offset, and compare those numbers to the AR-PRO specifications to ensure proper fit. Also match the axle diameter and evaluate the equipment’s total load requirements to confirm these wheels are appropriate for your application.

• Confirm wheel diameter and width (10" x 3.15")
• Verify axle size matches 5/8" bearing bore
• Check hub offset and equipment load limits before installation

Who is this for: These AR-PRO solid flat-free wheels suit homeowners, landscapers, material-handling crews, and small-business operators who need low-maintenance, puncture-proof replacements for hand trucks, garden carts, wheelbarrows, wagons, and yard equipment. They’re ideal when you want a quick swap-in solution that reduces service interruptions and avoids the hassle of inflatable tires — provided the wheel and bearing measurements match your machine.
