What knives are included and what tasks do they handle?

The 21 pieces cover virtually every kitchen cutting need, from heavy chopping to delicate peeling. How does the black coating and steel type help long-term use?

The blades are made from 1.4116 high-carbon German stainless steel, chosen for stain resistance and durable edge retention. A black non-stick, anti-rust coating protects the surface from oxidation while reducing friction when cutting sticky foods, helping the knives look and perform well over time.

• High-carbon German steel for corrosion resistance and strength
• Black coating reduces sticking and protects against oxidation
• Tapered grind for easier resharpening and consistent edges

Is the set easy to maintain and sharpen?

The hardwood block includes a built-in sharpener so you can refresh edges quickly without separate tools. The blades are dishwasher-safe by specification, though hand-washing will lengthen the finish and edge life; the integrated sharpener allows one-handed maintenance between professional sharpenings.

• Block-mounted sharpener for quick at-home honing
• Dishwasher-safe construction, with hand-wash recommended to preserve finish
• Tapered edge design simplifies future sharpening when needed

How does the set fit into a busy kitchen or as a gift?

The range of knives and included accessories make this a practical, all-in-one solution for busy households or new kitchens. Its black aesthetic and complete contents also make it a suitable present for occasions like Father’s Day, housewarmings, or weddings when the recipient wants a ready-to-use setup.
