Astrobrights Coloured Paper 8.5 x 11 — Cosmic Orange, 10.9 kg Bond, 500 Sheets Ream, Vivid Durable

Astrobrights Cosmic Orange is a 24 lb, 8.5 x 11 colored bond paper sold 500 sheets per ream for vivid prints, crafts, and attention-grabbing documents. Astrobrights Colored Paper in Cosmic Orange provides a bright, professional-looking alternative to plain white paper when you want designs and messages to pop. At 24 lb bond weight the sheets are noticeably thicker than standard copy paper, supporting one- and two-sided printing, stapling, folding and handling for classroom projects, marketing handouts, or creative crafts. Because the vibrant background reduces the need for heavy full-color ink coverage, it’s a practical choice for high-impact communications without excessive printing costs.

How will this paper perform with my printer or copier?

Astrobrights 24 lb bonded sheets are engineered to run reliably through inkjet, laser and copier machines. The weight and finish help prevent jams and bleeding when used within recommended printer settings, and the product is guaranteed for the listed printing technologies.

• Compatible with most inkjet, laser and copier devices
• 24 lb bond reduces curl and improves feed reliability
• Good for both one- and two-sided printing
• Optimal when printer settings match heavier bond paper

What kinds of projects are best suited to Cosmic Orange?

The bright orange tone is ideal when you need to attract attention—think flyers, coupons, event posters, classroom handouts and eye-catching signs. Its color serves as a built-in design element, so many projects require less printed ink to stand out, which can lower production costs.

• Promotional flyers and coupons that need visibility
• School projects, newsletters and classroom organizers
• Handmade cards, paper crafts and invitations
• Internal memos and printed labels for quick recognition

Is the paper durable and archival-friendly?

Yes—Astrobrights Cosmic Orange is acid- and lignin-free, which helps resist yellowing and deterioration over time compared with untreated papers. The heavier 24 lb weight gives added tear resistance and body, making it suitable for handling and display.

• Acid- and lignin-free composition for longer-lasting color
• 20% thicker feel compared to typical copy paper
• Holds ink well without excessive bleed-through
• Suitable for folding, stapling and light handling

How can I use color strategically to save on ink and boost impact?

Using a vivid sheet like Cosmic Orange as the background lets you print less ink while still achieving high visual contrast. Simple black or dark-colored type and minimal graphics are often sufficient, freeing budget for essential full-color prints only where needed.

• Print text in dark colors to maximize legibility on the orange background
• Use the paper color as part of your design to limit solid background printing
• Reserve heavy ink areas for logos or photos that need full-color reproduction
• Create multiple versions quickly while keeping printing costs down
