AutoLine Pro HyperSmoke Automotive Smoke Machine – Built-In Compressor, EVAP Low-Pressure Mode (2x Fluid)

The AutoLine Pro HyperSmoke™ is a professional automotive smoke machine that creates thick, visible smoke with adjustable pressure and a built-in air compressor for fast, safe leak detection across EVAP, intake, exhaust and forced-induction systems.

Designed and engineered in the USA, the HyperSmoke™ combines an instant-warmup smoke generator, OEM-approved smoke fluid, and precise pressure control to diagnose leaks without damaging sensitive components. The unit arrives ready to use with two bottles of high-smoke fluid (240 minutes runtime), an output hose and tapered nozzle, and a range of accessories so technicians and DIYers can begin testing within 30 seconds of setup.

How does the HyperSmoke™ prevent damage when testing EVAP systems?

The HyperSmoke™ includes an EVAP mode and fine pressure adjustment so you can test at the very low pressures EVAP systems require, avoiding overpressure that can harm sensors and components. Controls let you dial in under 1 PSI and the machine’s design maintains steady, controlled output during diagnostics.

• EVAP mode for sub-1 PSI testing to protect delicate components
• Adjustable pressure range for accurate, repeatable diagnostics
• OEM-approved smoke fluid formulated safe for sensors and seals
• Built-in compressor that stabilizes output without external pumps

What kinds of leaks can HyperSmoke™ find and how fast will it start?

HyperSmoke™ is built to identify leaks in EVAP, intake, exhaust, turbos, superchargers, cooling systems, engine blocks, oil seals, body seams, windows and more. The unit warms up instantly and begins producing visible smoke in about 30 seconds once filled and connected to a 12V battery.

• Detects tiny vacuum leaks and larger boost or exhaust breaches
• High-pressure mode for turbo and boost systems, low-pressure for EVAP
• Instant warmup and continuous smoke output for extended diagnostic sessions
• Includes tapered nozzle and output hose for targeted application

What’s included and how long will the supplied fluid last?

The HyperSmoke™ package supplies everything needed to begin leak testing: the smoke generator, two OEM-approved bottles of HyperSmoke fluid, output hose with special tapered nozzle, hanger, and premium accessories (depending on kit). The included fluid delivers up to 240 minutes of runtime so you can complete multiple tests before refilling.

• 2x OEM-approved smoke fluid bottles — 240 minutes total runtime
• Output hose with tapered nozzle for directed smoke delivery
• Hanger and accessory kit to position the unit during testing
• Built-in air compressor motor so no external compressor is required

How does HyperSmoke™ differ from other smoke machines on the market?

HyperSmoke™ emphasizes precise pressure control, an integrated compressor, and an automotive-grade smoke formula approved for OEM use. Unlike many imported knockoffs, it offers an EVAP-protecting low-pressure mode and American-engineered components intended for professional diagnostic environments.

• Adjustable pressure range including EVAP-safe low settings
• Designed and engineered in the USA with customized components
• OEM-approved fluid to avoid sensor and system contamination
• 3-year full coverage warranty backed by U.S.-based support

Who is this for? The AutoLine Pro HyperSmoke™ is built for professional mechanics, advanced DIYers, fleet technicians, and restoration shops that require reliable, safe leak detection across a wide variety of automotive and industrial systems. It suits anyone who wants fast, visible diagnostics with precise pressure control, a built-in compressor, and enough run time to handle multiple vehicles or systems between refills.
