Ayombo Pedal Resistance Band Trainer — Adjustable Tube Foot Pedal, 2-Stage Natural Latex, Foam-Handle Portable Full-Body Workout

The Ayombo Upgrade Pedal Resistance Band with Handle is a compact, adjustable tube resistance trainer designed for full-body workouts—abs, arms, legs, waist and rehabilitation—offering two-band resistance options and detachable components for travel.

This upgraded pedal puller replaces cheap plastic parts with natural latex tubing, reinforced nylon sleeves and a cushioned, widened foot pedal plus foam-grip handles. Built to be durable, quieter and safer than basic bands, it’s intended for home workouts, pilates, sit-ups, strength conditioning and on-the-road training. The unit breaks down quickly for storage and travel and includes guidance for common exercises.

How does the Ayombo pedal resistance band help with everyday workouts?

This device provides controllable resistance for a wide variety of movement patterns, letting you target core strength, upper-body pulling motions and lower-body pushes from a seated or standing position. Adjusting the number of tubes changes intensity, so it suits progressive routines.

• Use one tube for light toning and range-of-motion work, two tubes for heavier strength sets.
• Works for sit-ups, seated rows, chest presses, leg extensions and glute pulls.
• Compact design allows quick setup at home, office or outdoors.

What safety and longevity features are built into this resistance trainer?

Ayombo redesigned the classic pedal puller by swapping brittle plastics for natural latex tubing and protective nylon sleeves to reduce snapping and oxidation. Handles and the foot platform use sweat-absorbent foam and anti-slip fabric to promote secure, stable use during vigorous sets.

• Latex tubes encased in nylon sleeves for durability and quieter motion.
• Padded, widened foot pedal for a steady base barefoot or with shoes.
• High-density foam grips reduce slippage and increase comfort.

How do I change resistance and adapt this tool to different fitness levels?

Resistance is adjustable by connecting either one or both tubes to the handles and foot pedal. One 30 lb tube is ideal for beginners or rehab; combining two tubes doubles the load for more advanced strength work and faster muscle engagement.

• Single-tube: lighter resistance for mobility and core activation.
• Double-tube: heavier resistance for muscle sculpting and strength.
• Detach components to mix-and-match or replace bands as needed.

Can I travel with this resistance band set and what comes apart?

The Ayombo set disassembles in seconds: handles, tubes and pedal separate into a flat, compact profile that fits in luggage or a backpack. Its portability makes it suited for hotel rooms, parks or small apartments where bulky equipment isn’t practical.

• Quick-detach design for easy packing and storage.
• Lightweight parts that together weigh only a few pounds.
• Includes an exercise guide to start sessions on the go.
