Band-Aid Tough Strips Extra Durable Adhesive Bandages, Twin Pack 120 ct — 1 x 3¼ in, Dura-Weave & Quilt-Aid

BAND-AID Brand Tough Strips Extra Durable Adhesive Bandages — a twin pack of heavy-duty, 1 x 3¼-inch sterile strips built to stay on during active days.

These BAND-AID Tough Strips are designed for durable, everyday wound protection when you need a bandage that holds up. Each twin pack contains two boxes of 60 sterile adhesive bandages (120 total), made with Dura-Weave heavy-duty fabric and a Quilt-Aid comfort pad that cushions wounds without sticking to them. Compared to BAND-AID Tru-Stay Sheer Strips, these Tough Strips are formulated to be five times stronger, offering a longer-lasting adhesive and rugged fabric for hard-working situations.

How tough are these bandages for active use?

The Tough Strips are built for movement and wear — the Dura-Weave fabric resists tearing and the stronger adhesive helps keep the bandage in place through daily activities. They’re suitable for hands-on tasks where ordinary bandages may peel off quickly.

• Five times stronger than BAND-AID Tru-Stay Sheer Strips (manufacturer comparison)
• Stays on up to 24 hours under normal conditions
• Dura-Weave fabric that resists fraying and stretching
• Strong adhesive made for repeated motion and contact

Will the pad stick to my wound and how does it protect?

Each Tough Strip includes a non-stick Quilt-Aid comfort pad designed to cushion the wound while avoiding adhesion to the injury itself. The pad helps keep the area clean and protected from debris while you heal, and the sterile packaging keeps each strip ready for first aid use.

• Quilt-Aid pad prevents sticking and provides cushioning
• Sterile bandages lower contamination risk before application
• Designed for minor cuts, scrapes and burns as a protective covering
• Replace daily or sooner if wet or contaminated

How large are these bandages and how many come in a pack?

Each adhesive strip measures approximately 1 inch by 3¼ inches, a versatile size for common small wounds on fingers, palms, knees and elbows. The purchase is a twin pack: two boxes of 60 bandages each for a total of 120 sterile strips, making it convenient to stock a home first-aid kit, toolbox, or gym bag.

• Bandage size: 1 in × 3¼ in (small-to-medium coverage)
• Quantity: two boxes × 60 bandages = 120 total strips
• Individually sterile-wrapped for safe storage
• Good for household, workplace, or travel emergency supplies

Are these bandages suitable for all skin types?

These Tough Strips prioritize strong adhesion and durability, which makes them ideal for robust use but not recommended for very sensitive or delicate skin. If you or the wound site is prone to irritation, consider a gentler adhesive or consult product guidance before using.

• Not recommended for sensitive or delicate skin
• Use on clean, dry skin for best adhesion and comfort
• Remove and replace daily or if wet, dirty, or loose
• Intended for minor wounds; follow standard first-aid practices

Who is this for: BAND-AID Tough Strips are intended for people who need resilient, reliable wound coverage during active work, outdoor activities, sports, or busy days when bandages must stay put. They’re practical for households, workplaces, coaches, and anyone stocking a first-aid kit who favors strength and durability over ultra-gentle adhesives.
