BASF Drive XLR8 Concentrate Crabgrass Killer for Lawn & Turf, 1.81 kg — Quinclorac, 30-Day Residual

BASF Drive XLR8 is a concentrated post-emergent herbicide formulated with quinclorac to control crabgrass, foxtail and many broadleaf and grassy weeds while offering up to 30 days of residual activity.

If you want a professional-strength option to manage established grassy weeds and common broadleaf invaders in turf, this 64-ounce BASF Drive XLR8 concentrate delivers targeted control for both warm- and cool-season lawns. The water-based formula helps speed uptake, and when applied according to label directions it becomes rainfast in under an hour. It’s intended for use on residential lawns, golf courses, commercial turf and other labeled non-residential turfgrass sites; always follow the product label for mixing rates, site restrictions and personal protective equipment.

How quickly will Drive XLR8 begin to work?

Visible effects on actively growing grassy weeds often appear within days, and treated plants will show progressive decline as the active ingredient is absorbed. Results vary with weed species, growth stage and weather; warmer conditions and actively growing weeds typically respond faster.

• Water-based formula for faster plant uptake and visible effects
• Rainfast in less than an hour under typical conditions
• Timing: best on actively growing weeds for quicker control

How should I apply the 64 oz concentrate safely and effectively?

• Mix rates depend on turf type and weed pressure—consult the label for specifics
• Observe state or local restrictions and site use limitations

Can Drive XLR8 be used on all turf types and sites?
