BEAM Dream Sleep Powder Brownie Batter – Magnesium & Melatonin Nighttime Cocoa Drink Mix, Vegan, Sugar-Free (30 Servings)

BEAM Dream Sleep Powder is a warm cocoa-style nighttime drink mix formulated with magnesium, melatonin, L-theanine, reishi mushroom and apigenin to help adults unwind and prepare for sleep.

Designed as a sugar-free, vegan powder you mix into hot water or milk, Dream combines clinically familiar calming ingredients in a brown-batter cocoa flavor. It’s third-party tested for purity and contains two forms of magnesium (citrate and malate) alongside botanicals and amino acids commonly used to support evening relaxation. The powder dissolves into a comforting hot drink so you get both ritual and nutrients before bed.

How does this sleep powder help me relax at night?

Dream blends several ingredients that work on different aspects of the winding-down process: melatonin to signal night timing, magnesium to support nervous system balance, L-theanine for calm focus, and apigenin and reishi for gentle botanical support. Taken 20–60 minutes before bedtime, it’s intended to fit into an evening routine and promote a natural transition toward sleep.

• Melatonin for night-time signaling
• Magnesium citrate and malate for nervous system support
• L-theanine to reduce evening mental chatter
• Apigenin and reishi mushroom for mild botanical relaxation

Is the flavor and preparation suitable for nightly use?

Yes — the product is formulated as a warm cocoa-style drink called "brownie batter" to make nightly use feel like a comforting ritual. It’s free from added sugar and artificial flavors, so you get a rich, warm beverage without extra sweeteners.

• Mixes into hot water, dairy or plant milk
• No added sugar for lower evening carbohydrate load
• Vegan-friendly ingredients and flavoring

Are the ingredients and testing standards reliable?

BEAM lists clear ingredient types and uses third-party testing to verify purity and label accuracy. The formula uses common, well-studied forms of magnesium and includes standard dosages of melatonin and supportive botanicals; however, it’s best to check the supplement facts for exact amounts and consult a healthcare professional if you take medications or have health conditions.

• Third-party tested for purity and content accuracy
• Two forms of magnesium to improve absorption profiles
• Free from artificial flavors and added sugar

How should I use this sleep supplement safely?

Follow the recommended serving instructions on the label and avoid combining with other melatonin-containing products or alcohol. Start with a single serving to gauge individual response, and consult your healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, or on prescription medicines.

• Take 20–60 minutes before bedtime
• Start with the lowest effective serving
• Not for children; consult a provider in special health situations
