Bentgo Chill Kids 4-Compartment Bento Lunch Box — Built-In Ice Pack, Leakproof, Microwave-Safe Tray

Bentgo Chill Kids 4-Compartment Bento Box is a compact, leakproof lunchbox with a removable frozen ice pack under a 4-compartment tray to keep children's meals cool and organized for hours.

Designed for busy parents and active little ones, this lightweight bento-style lunchbox brings temperature control and portioned organization to school days, daycare, or outings. Made by Bentgo, it uses BPA- and PFAS-free food-safe materials and features a durable outer shell, an easy-to-use latch for developing hands, and a removable tray that simplifies warming and cleaning. The built-in removable ice pack slides under the tray so you don’t need separate frozen packs, yet you still get hours of cooling for sandwiches, dairy, fruit, and snacks.

How does the built-in ice pack keep food cool without extra packs?

The removable ice pack is frozen overnight and nests beneath the 4-compartment tray to provide targeted cooling where it’s needed. Since it’s integrated into the design, there’s no separate bulky pack to track or the need to cram a reusable ice brick beside food items.

• Freeze the ice pack flat overnight for best performance
• Place ice pack under the tray so chilled air cools all compartments
• Lightweight construction avoids added bulk in backpacks

Is this lunchbox truly leakproof and easy for kids to use?

The lunchbox features an airtight seal and a single, intuitive latch so toddlers and early elementary kids can open and close it independently. The rubberized outer shell adds drop protection while keeping messes contained inside.

• Airtight lid helps prevent spills and maintain freshness
• One-handed latch designed for small hands and independence
• Durable shell resists dents and shields contents during transport

Can the tray be heated or cleaned in a dishwasher?

The removable compartment tray is microwave-safe for quick warm-ups and top-rack dishwasher-safe for daily convenience. To preserve the outer shell and the ice pack, hand washing those pieces extends their life and appearance.

• Removable tray: microwave-safe for reheating meals
• Top-rack dishwasher-safe tray for easy cleanup
• Hand wash outer shell and ice pack to protect finishes

What portion sizes and foods fit in the four compartments?

The 4-compartment tray holds about 3.3 cups total and includes an optional divider to adjust portions between spaces. That flexibility lets you pack a balanced lunch—main items, fruits or veggies, snacks, and a small dip or yogurt—without items mixing together.

• 3.3 cups total capacity across four compartments
• Optional divider for flexible portioning and variety
• Ideal for sandwiches, cut fruit, veggies, yogurt, and dips
