Bentgo Kids Prints 5-Compartment Leak-Resistant Bento Lunch Box — 2.4-Cup, Microwave-Safe Tray

Bentgo Kids Prints is a five-compartment, leak-resistant bento-style lunch box designed to hold 2.4 cups of food and make packing balanced meals easy for children ages 3–7.

This kid-focused lunch box combines a playful printed outer shell with a removable tray and secure latches so parents can pack variety without worry. Lightweight and built for everyday use, it fits inside most backpacks and lunch bags while offering microwave-safe convenience for reheating the meal tray. Materials are free from BPA and PFAS, and the design was refined through parent testing to balance independence for kids with durability for families.

How does this lunch box prevent leaks and messes?

The Bentgo Kids Prints model uses a tight-fitting lid and separate compartments to reduce mixing and contain sauces or wet foods. While no container is guaranteed for all liquids, the tray and lid system keeps most items separated and helps stop spills when latched correctly.

• Five distinct compartments to separate wet and dry foods
• Secure snap latches that are easy for small hands to operate
• Rubber-coated edges add shock protection during drops
• Recommended to avoid packing large pools of thin liquids

Is the tray safe to microwave and easy to clean?

The removable inner tray is microwave safe so you can warm a child’s meal quickly; just remove the outer shell first. After mealtime the tray goes on the top rack of the dishwasher for simple cleanup, while the outer shell is best washed by hand to preserve the printed finish and latches.

• Removable tray: microwave safe for quick reheats
• Top-rack dishwasher safe for the tray only
• Hand-wash outer shell to protect prints and hardware
• Made from BPA- and PFAS-free food-safe materials

Will it hold enough food for my child and fit in backpacks?

With a total capacity of 2.4 cups distributed across five compartments, this bento-style box is sized for preschoolers and early elementary children. Its compact footprint fits neatly into most small lunch bags and school backpacks while allowing parents to pack a balanced variety of foods.

• Total capacity: 2.4 cups, ideal for ages 3–7
• Five compartments allow portioning of proteins, fruits, veggies, and snacks
• Compact shape designed for lunchboxes and backpacks
• Lightweight with protective edges for everyday handling

How durable is it for daily use with kids?

The Bentgo Kids Prints lunch box was developed with family life in mind: rubber-coated edges help absorb everyday bumps while durable latches stand up to frequent opening and closing. The build balances sturdiness with a child-friendly design so kids can practice independence without easily breaking the container.

• Rubber-coated edges for impact resistance
• Child-friendly latches tested by parents for ease and longevity
• Printed outer shell resists scuffs when handled properly
• Designed to endure typical school and travel use
