Better Office Products Blue Paper Folders, Letter Size 50-Pack with 3 Metal Prongs, Matte Finish

These Better Office Products blue paper folders combine a matte finish with built-in 3.75" pockets and three metal prong fasteners to organize and protect letter (8.5" x 11") documents. Packaged in a sturdy box with a color-coded label, this bulk set is designed for classrooms, offices, or events where consistent, easy-to-distribute presentation covers are needed. Each folder holds punched reports on the prongs and loose sheets in the pockets, plus a die-cut slot for business cards.

How do these folders hold and secure letter-size documents?

The folders include three metal prong fasteners that accept 3-hole punched paper, so you can create bound reports without a separate binder. Two flat interior pockets keep loose sheets, handouts, or notices separated and accessible. Together they let you carry both secured booklets and loose inserts in one cover.

• Three metal prong fasteners accept standard 3-hole punched paper.
• Two interior 3.75" pockets each accommodate up to about 50 sheets.
• Die-cut business card slots in pockets for contact placement.

Are these folders sturdy enough for frequent use or distribution?

The paperboard has a matte coating that resists scuffs and reduces glare, and the pack ships in a reinforced white box to protect folders during storage and transport. While they are paper-based rather than plastic, the construction is reinforced to handle repeated opening and closing for everyday classroom or office use.

• Matte finish reduces visible wear and fingerprints.
• Bulk-packed in a protective box with color-coded labeling for quick identification.
• Paper-stiffened design supports regular handling and filing.

How many pages can each folder hold, and how is capacity split?

Each folder’s pockets are sized to hold about 50 sheets of standard 20 lb letter paper per pocket, so a fully loaded folder can carry around 100 loose sheets in addition to whatever is placed on the prongs. If you use the metal prongs for punched reports, the pockets still provide room for extra handouts or business cards.

• Pockets roughly hold 50 sheets each (about 100 sheets total loose).
• Prongs secure additional 3-hole punched reports or presentations.
• Flexible layout for combining bound reports with loose inserts.

What settings and tasks are these folders best suited for?

These folders are made for environments that need affordable, consistent presentation covers: schools handing out assignments, offices assembling client packets, training sessions, events, and mailings. The blue color provides a professional look while making groups easy to identify when color-coding materials.

• Classrooms: student portfolios, homework packets, or curriculum kits.
• Offices: client proposals, HR onboarding folders, or meeting packets.
• Events: registration packets, conference materials, and giveaways.

Who is this for? These 50-pack blue folders are ideal for administrators, teachers, office managers, and event organizers who need a cost-effective, neat way to assemble letter-size documents with both bound and loose components. If you want consistent presentation, quick identification by color, and a combination of pocket storage and prong-fastened reports, this set delivers practical organization at scale without the bulk of binders.
