How quickly will the 460T identify a problem in my car?

The 460T uses AutoVIN and AutoScan to retrieve your vehicle identity and scan all ECUs automatically, then reports DTCs and readiness status rapidly. It rechecks DTC and I/M readiness every 30 seconds and supports graphing and recording of live data for deeper analysis.

• AutoVIN auto-detects vehicle VIN to save setup time
• AutoScan reads all modules and flags faults immediately
• Continuous 30-second refresh for DTC and readiness data
• Live-data graphing, recording, replay and overlay for up to four streams

Which workshop-level reset services can the 460T perform?

The 460T includes 12+ reset and maintenance functions commonly needed for servicing modern vehicles. These functions let you reset maintenance lights, recalibrate sensors, and bleed or initialize systems after repairs, depending on vehicle support.

• Oil reset and maintenance reminders
• ABS bleeding and EPB (electronic parking brake) reset
• Battery registration/initialization and TPMS relearn
• SAS calibration, DPF reset, throttle body relearn, transmission resets

What diagnostic information and outputs does the 460T provide?

The scanner delivers standard OBD2 readouts plus OEM live data and freeze-frame event records that help pinpoint faults. You can view trouble code definitions, live sensor values, create graphs, and export or cloud-store reports for sharing with a shop or for record keeping.

• All 10 OBD2 modes including freeze-frame and readiness monitors
• Detailed DTC descriptions and ECU-specific codes for ABS, SRS, transmission, etc.
• Graphing/record/replay functions and overlay of up to four parameters
• Cloud storage of scan reports via RepairSolutions2 app for remote access

Is the BLCKTEC 460T compatible with my vehicle and how is it supported?

The 460T supports all OBD2-compliant vehicles sold in the USA and Canada from 1996 onward, but not every advanced function is available on all models. BLCKTEC provides free lifetime software updates and U.S.-based customer support; always verify compatibility using BLCKTEC’s online checker before purchase.
