BNX TruFilter 20x25x1 MERV 11 Air Filters (6-Pack) — Electrostatic Pleated, Low Resistance

This six-pack of BNX TruFilter replacement filters fits standard 20x25x1 slots and uses a synthetic, electrostatically charged media to trap fine particles without overly restricting airflow. Manufactured in Houston, TX, these filters use a one-piece recycled-cardboard frame and automated production to deliver consistent quality. The filters are sized slightly under the nominal dimension (19 11/16" x 24 11/16" x 3/4") to ensure an easy fit in most HVAC, furnace and air conditioner housings.

How does the BNX TruFilter improve indoor air quality?

The MERV 11 rating captures smaller particles than basic fiberglass filters, helping remove dust, pollen, pet dander, lint and some smoke and odor-causing particulates. Electrostatic charging on the synthetic media increases particle attraction without needing denser, more restrictive material, so the system keeps moving air efficiently.

• Rated MERV 11 for finer particle capture compared to standard filters.
• Electrostatically charged synthetic media increases particulate capture.
• Designed to balance filtration performance with low airflow resistance.
• Noticeable reduction in airborne dust and allergens within days of installation.

Will this filter fit my HVAC, furnace or AC system?

The BNX TruFilter is labeled as 20x25x1 nominal but measures 19 11/16" x 24 11/16" x 3/4" actual, the common convention to ensure smooth insertion. It is compatible with systems that accept standard 20x25x1 filters; always verify your unit’s maximum recommended MERV to avoid warranty or performance concerns.

• Nominal size: 20x25x1 — Actual size: 19 11/16" x 24 11/16" x 3/4".
• Fits most residential HVAC, furnace and central air filters designed for 20x25x1.
• Check your system’s manual for recommended MERV limits before upgrading.
• Easy-to-insert design reduces risk of gaps and bypass when installed correctly.

How long should each filter last and how should I maintain them?

Filter life depends on indoor pollutant load, pet ownership, smoking and seasonal pollen; typical replacement intervals range from one to three months. Visually inspect the pleats monthly—replace when visibly darkened, airflow drops, or following heavy dust events to keep your system efficient.

• Typical replacement: 1–3 months, varies by conditions and usage.
• Inspect monthly; change when pleats show heavy buildup or reduced airflow.
• Use the full six-pack to maintain consistent filtration throughout the year.
• Storing unused filters flat in a dry place preserves shape and effectiveness.

What materials and manufacturing standards are used in BNX TruFilter?

BNX TruFilter uses 100% synthetic, electrostatically charged media housed in a single-piece recycled cardboard frame to reduce waste. Manufactured in a registered U.S. facility in Houston, TX, the filters are produced with automated processes and quality checks for consistency across every pack.

• Made in the USA at BNX Converting, LLC in Houston, TX (EPA-registered facility).
• Single-piece frame design reduces material waste and improves stability.
• Synthetic media resists moisture better than fiberglass and holds electrostatic charge.
• Produced on automated lines with quality controls for uniform performance.

Who is this for: BNX TruFilter 20x25x1 MERV 11 (6-Pack) is suited for homeowners and renters who want a step up from basic fiberglass filters—especially those with pets, seasonal allergies, or light smoke exposure—yet still need to preserve HVAC airflow.
