Bogoni Rolling Knife Sharpener Classic Kit — Diamond & Ceramic Discs, Magnetic 15°/20° Guides

BOGONI Rolling Knife Sharpener is a compact sharpening system that restores dull blades quickly using a 400‑grit diamond disc for reshaping and a 3000‑grit ceramic disc for fine polishing.

This classic kit combines two abrasive discs, preset magnetic angle guides, and a wooden ergonomic roller to make getting a consistent edge simple for home cooks and outdoor users alike. Designed for repeatable results without advanced skill, the unit uses strong N52 magnets to stabilize the blade while the replaceable discs handle both edge repair and mirror finishing.

How does the BOGONI Rolling Knife Sharpener actually sharpen a blade?

The system uses staged abrasives: a coarse diamond disc reprofiles a worn or nicked edge, then a high‑grit ceramic disc refines and polishes that geometry into a sharp cutting surface. Rolling motion and magnetic guides maintain a consistent contact angle across the length of the blade for even results.

• 400‑grit diamond disc for rapid material removal and edge shaping
• 3000‑grit ceramic disc for smoothing and polishing the bevel
• Replaceable discs so you can refresh abrasives without replacing the whole tool

What do the 15° and 20° angle guides do for different knives?

Two preset magnetic guides remove guesswork and lock the blade at a repeatable angle. The 15° guide creates a finer, keener edge suited to thin high‑carbon or Damascus blades, while the 20° guide produces a sturdier bevel better suited to general kitchen or utility knives.

• 15°: sharper, thinner edge for precision slicing and delicate work
• 20°: more durable edge for everyday kitchen and outdoor tasks
• Magnetic hold ensures steady alignment while you roll the sharpener

Is the sharpener easy and safe to use for non-professionals?

The rolling design and wooden handle provide an ergonomic, secure grip so users can sharpen without specialized techniques. Six built‑in N52 magnets keep the knife stable, preventing slipping and making passes predictable and controlled.

• Ergonomic wood roller for comfortable, controlled sharpening motion
• Strong magnetic clamping reduces wobble and need for hand pressure
• Simple setup: choose disc, set magnetic angle guide, roll along the blade

Which knives and situations is this kit best suited for?

The BOGONI kit works with most pocket, kitchen, and outdoor knives, offering enough versatility to handle dull chef’s knives, hunting blades, and everyday carry tools. Because the discs are replaceable, the sharpener adapts to long‑term use whether you sharpen occasionally or frequently.

• Compatible with a wide range of fixed and folding blades
• Good for restoring damaged edges as well as routine honing and polishing
• Packaged in a deluxe box, making it a ready gift for cooks and outdoorspeople
