BrüMate Era Flip 1.18 L Tumbler, Java — Insulated Stainless Steel with 100% Leakproof Covered Straw

The BrüMate Era Flip 40oz is an insulated stainless-steel tumbler with a fully covered, 100% leakproof straw lid designed for hygienic sipping and all-day cold retention.

The Era Flip 40oz by BrüMate blends a large-capacity water bottle with a spill-resistant covered straw lid so you can drink comfortably on the move. Built from double-wall insulated stainless steel and featuring BrüMate’s SlideSeal technology, this Java-colored tumbler keeps beverages cold for extended periods while protecting the straw from dirt, germs, and accidental spills. Its tapered base fits most cup holders, and the removable lid parts make cleaning straightforward.

How does the covered, leakproof straw lid work?

The Era Flip’s SlideSeal mechanism slides open and closed to expose or fully seal the straw, creating a watertight barrier when shut. This design prevents accidental leaks in bags and keeps the straw shielded from airborne contaminants and surface grime. It was engineered to work with cold and carbonated drinks when ice fills at least half the cup.

• SlideSeal tech locks the lid closed for 100% leakproof performance.
• Covered straw prevents dirt and germs from contacting the mouthpiece.
• Compatible with carbonated drinks when beverage has 50%+ ice.

Will it keep drinks cold all day?

The Era Flip uses BrüMate’s BevGuard insulation to maintain low temperatures for long stretches—expect ice-cold drinks for 24+ hours under typical conditions. The double-wall vacuum barrier minimizes heat transfer and condensation, so your hands stay comfortable and surfaces remain dry. This makes it reliable for long commutes, workouts, and outdoor days.

• BevGuard vacuum insulation retains chill for 24+ hours.
• Double-wall stainless steel reduces condensation on the exterior.
• Large 40oz capacity reduces refill frequency during outings.

How easy is the Era Flip to clean and maintain?

Hygiene was a priority: the entire lid disassembles so you can deep-clean every component, and most finishes are dishwasher safe. The stainless steel ColdKey straw reduces single-use plastic and is simple to rinse or brush. Reassembling is straightforward, letting you keep the tumbler fresh without special tools.

• Fully removable lid pieces for thorough cleaning.
• ColdKey stainless straw includes a silicone tip for comfort and easy washing.
• Dishwasher-safe finishes on most models for convenient cleanup.

Does the tumbler fit in cup holders and travel gear?

The Era Flip’s tapered base is designed to fit most standard cup holders found in cars and strollers, and the integrated handle gives a secure carry option when walking or hiking. The slim profile balances a large 40oz capacity with practical portability, so it’s easier to stash in side pockets and door compartments than boxier bottles.

• Tapered base fits most vehicle cup holders and stroller mounts.
• Built-in handle provides a reliable grip for carrying by hand.
• 40oz capacity strikes a balance between volume and portability.

Who this is for: The BrüMate Era Flip 40oz in Java is ideal for active commuters, parents, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who prefers a large-capacity bottle that stays cold, resists spills, and keeps the drinking surface protected.
