Bryco Goods White Kraft Butcher Paper Roll 18" x 45.7 m — Unwaxed Uncoated Food-Grade, Breathable

Bryco Goods white kraft butcher paper is an 18" x 150' unwaxed, uncoated food-grade roll designed for grilling, packaging, craft use and compatible sublimation applications.

This heavy-duty white butcher paper is made from virgin pulp in the USA and balances strength with breathability so smoke can penetrate while juices stay controlled. Use it for wrapping brisket, lining trays, packaging deli items, or as a printable surface for dye-sublimation projects when using appropriate inks and settings. The uncoated, unwaxed finish keeps surfaces clean without introducing unwanted flavors, and the substantial roll length suits both home cooks and small commercial kitchens.

How does this paper perform when wrapping smoked meats?

The paper is tear-resistant and allows for proper smoke and moisture exchange, helping bark development while reducing sogginess from trapped steam. Because it’s unwaxed and uncoated, it won’t melt or add off-flavors during low-and-slow cooking. It’s best used when you need a breathable barrier that holds juices without becoming soggy.

• 18" width covers large cuts like brisket and whole loins
• Strong, tear-resistant fibers resist ripping during handling
• Breathable surface permits smoke penetration for better bark
• Unwaxed finish prevents melting or greasy transfer

Can I use this butcher paper for packaging and deli items?

Yes — the food-grade, virgin-pulp construction is suitable for wrapping sandwiches, cheeses, and other prepared foods for retail or takeaway. The sturdy roll format makes it convenient for repeated use at a counter or prep station, and the white surface gives a clean, professional appearance.

• Clean white finish for professional presentation and labeling
• 18" width accommodates larger sandwiches and multiple items
• 150' length reduces roll changes in busy operations
• Uncoated surface is safe for direct food contact

Is this paper suitable for sublimation or printing projects?

The Bryco Goods white kraft roll is marketed as compatible with dye-sublimation uses when paired with the right inks and heat-transfer settings. While the paper is primarily food-grade and uncoated, many users employ the white surface for craft printing when controlled methods are used. Test small samples first to confirm color fidelity and adhesion with your printer and ink.

• White surface improves contrast for sublimation transfers
• Roll format supports larger printed projects and continuous runs
• Recommend test prints to dial in temperature and pressure
• Not recommended for solvent-based printing without testing

What other uses can I expect from a roll like this?

Beyond cooking and packaging, this butcher paper doubles as craft paper, table covering, and gift wrap. It’s thick enough for kids’ art projects, masking when painting, or lining work surfaces to catch spills. The combination of durability and a smooth white face makes it a versatile addition to home, workshop, and small-business toolkits.

• Kids’ drawing paper and large craft projects
• Surface protection for painting and woodworking
• Gift wrap or temporary table runner for events
• Food service liners for trays and baskets
