BugBane Outdoor Fly Traps — 4 Large Pre-Baited Non-Toxic Hanging Bags with Blue Visual Bait

BugBane Outdoor Fly Traps are pre-baited, non-toxic disposable hanging bags that lure and capture filth flies so you can reclaim patios, yards, and barn areas without poisons.

These ready-to-use hanging fly traps arrive filled with a 2-in-1 bait that combines a blue visual lure with fish/egg/bran bait; just cut the top, add water, and hang. Designed for quick activation and easy removal, each large bag draws flies with scent and color and holds them inside until disposal. The traps are intended for outdoor spaces — patios, horse ranches, dumpsters, and other fly-prone areas — and offer a child- and pet-safe alternative to chemical sprays.

How do I set up a BugBane fly trap in minutes?

Setup takes seconds and no mixing tools. Cut along the dotted line, pull the cap off, pour warm water to the fill line to speed bait activation, then hang the bag where flies congregate.

• Cut around dotted line and remove cap
• Fill with warm water to the indicated line
• Hang 10–20 feet from living areas, preferably in shade during hot weather
• Replace and dispose when full or after peak season

Will these traps work around pets, kids, and food areas?

The bait is non-toxic and made from fish, egg, and bran, so it’s safer around people and animals than chemical options. Still, keep traps out of direct reach and use them at a distance from dining surfaces to avoid any stray odors.

• Non-toxic bait safe for use near families and animals
• Hang at least 20 feet from patios or dining spots for comfort
• Place out of reach of children and curious pets

How do these traps attract flies faster than other options?

BugBane uses a two-pronged approach: a scent-based bait that dissolves when water is added, plus a blue color that visually draws filth flies. This combination lets the product use less overpowering odor while still producing high attraction rates.

• 2-in-1 bait: dissolving scent plus blue visual lure
• Warm water speeds bait dissolution and attraction
• Designed for flies that gather near manure, garbage, and food waste

What’s the easiest way to remove and dispose of a used trap?

Disposal is simple: seal the used bag inside a plastic sack and place it in outdoor trash. Do not discard used traps indoors because the bait can be odorous; sealing prevents leaks and odors.

• Tie used trap in a plastic bag before disposing
• Drop only into outdoor garbage receptacles
• Replace promptly when trap is full or after heavy fly activity

Who this is for: BugBane Outdoor Fly Traps suit homeowners, gardeners, ranchers, and anyone managing outdoor living or animal areas who wants an easy, low-toxicity method to reduce fly populations. They’re especially useful where regular chemical treatments are undesirable — around children, pets, outdoor dining, horse stalls, compost bins, and garbage zones. If you need quick setup, clear visual results, and hands-off maintenance, these disposable hanging bags are a convenient seasonal solution.

Tip: For best results, hang multiple traps around the perimeter of the problem area and follow placement advice (low wind, appropriate sun/shade) to maximize fly capture.
