BUZZPATCH Mosquito Patches for Adults - Citronella & Lavender Patch Pack, DEET-Free Clothing Stickers, 24–72h Scent Protection

BUZZPATCH NATPAT Mosquito Patches are plant-based adhesive stickers infused with citronella and lavender essential oils designed to deter mosquitoes when applied to clothing.

These mosquito stickers combine natural essential oils in a non-woven, breathable patch that adheres to outer garments. Formulated without DEET or synthetic insecticides, the patches release a scent barrier that is strongest in the first eight hours and continues to provide measurable protection for up to 24–72 hours while unused stickers remain sealed in the resealable packet. The patches are intended for clothing placement only and contain undiluted essential oils to maximize aroma-based deterrence without direct skin contact.

How do these patches work to reduce mosquito bites?

The patches emit a blend of plant-derived volatile oils that create an aromatic protective zone around the wearer. Mosquitoes rely heavily on scent and CO2 cues; the essential oil mix helps mask or disrupt those signals. Because the oils are concentrated on a non-woven fabric, they diffuse steadily instead of evaporating all at once.

• Infused with citronella and lavender essential oils for scent-based deterrence.
• Non-woven fabric releases aroma steadily for reliable coverage.
• Most effective during the first 8 hours of wear; active for 24–72 hours overall while sealed.

Where should I put the BuzzPatch stickers for best results?

Place patches on the outer layer of clothing nearest exposed areas so the scent travels around those zones. Recommended spots include sleeves, collars, socks, or hems of shorts—one patch per exposed limb or clothing section. Avoid applying directly to skin; the patches are designed for use on fabric only.

• One patch on each sleeve or ankle to protect limbs.
• Attach to collars or shirt hems near the neck and torso.
• Keep unused stickers sealed in the resealable pack to retain potency.

Are these patches safe and what are they made of?

BuzzPatch stickers are formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients and are free from DEET and synthetic insecticides. The adhesive patch holds concentrated, undiluted essential oils on a breathable non-woven substrate, intended for external clothing use only. While non-toxic and created with safety in mind, they are not meant for direct skin application or ingestion.

• All-natural, plant-based ingredients; DEET-free and non-toxic formulation.
• Undiluted essential oil infusion on non-woven fabric for better scent delivery.
• Not intended for direct application to skin—use on outer garments only.

How long do the patches remain effective and how should I store extras?

The scent is strongest during the first eight hours of wear and remains effective for up to 24–72 hours, depending on storage and environmental conditions. To preserve unused stickers, return them to the resealable packet after opening—this minimizes evaporation and maintains fragrance potency. Heat, humidity, and prolonged airflow can shorten useful life.

• Peak effectiveness: first 8 hours after application.
• Continued shelf activity: 24–72 hours when patches are kept sealed.
• Store in the resealable packet away from heat and direct sunlight.

Who is this for: BUZZPATCH NATPAT Mosquito Patches suit adults who prefer a plant-based, non-chemical approach for outdoor bite deterrence—ideal for backyard gatherings, hiking, travel, and everyday errands where a lightweight, non-spray option is preferred. They are a convenient choice for people who want to avoid applying lotions or sprays, those sensitive to DEET-based repellents, or anyone seeking a low-effort, fabric-applied solution. Keep in mind these patches are designed for use on clothing and are not a medical product.
