Califia Farms Vanilla Oat Barista Blend Oat Milk, 946 ml Pack of 6 — Shelf-Stable, Froths for Lattes

Califia Farms Vanilla Oat Barista Blend is a plant-based oat milk formulated to steam and froth into creamy vanilla lattes without added syrup.

Made for coffee lovers who want the smooth mouthfeel of steamed milk with a touch of vanilla, this shelf-stable 32-ounce pack of six delivers consistent barista-style performance at home. The blend is non-dairy, non-GMO, vegan and gluten-free, and it’s designed to behave like dairy milk when steamed or frothed—so you can create hot or iced vanilla lattes without extra sweeteners. Store it pantry-ready until opened, then chill and use it straight from the fridge to froth or pour over espresso.

How well does it froth and steam for espresso drinks?

Vanilla Oat Barista Blend is engineered to foam and texture like cow’s milk, producing microfoam suitable for lattes and cappuccinos. It holds heat and texture long enough to pull shots, steam, and pour art, making it reliable for both manual steaming and electric milk frothers.

• Creates smooth microfoam for latte art and silky texture
• Stable foam that lasts through steaming and pouring
• Works with steam wands, electric frothers, and handheld frothers

Does the vanilla flavor require additional sweetener or syrup?

The blend includes a natural vanilla profile that adds sweetness and aroma, so most users find no need to add extra syrup. It gives coffee a balanced vanilla note without overpowering espresso, allowing you to skip separate sweeteners if you prefer a lightly sweetened drink.

• Built-in vanilla for sweet, aromatic lattes
• Avoids extra sugar when used as intended
• Pairs well with espresso and brewed coffee for hot or iced drinks

What ingredients and dietary attributes does it have?

This oat-based formulation uses plant-derived components and excludes dairy, soy, and carrageenan. It’s Non-GMO Project verified, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free, making it accessible for a range of dietary preferences and restrictions.

• Plant-based and dairy-free
• Non-GMO, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free
• No soy or carrageenan included

How should I store and use the shelf-stable cartons?

Cartons are shelf-stable until opened, so you can keep them in your pantry. After opening, refrigerate and use within the timeframe printed on the package; for best texture, chill before steaming or frothing.

• Pantry-stable until opened for flexible storage
• Refrigerate after opening and use within recommended days
• Chill before steaming for optimal frothing performance
