CAP 5.44 kg Neoprene Dumbbell Pair — Hex Iron-Core Hand Weights, Non-Slip Grip, Black

CAP Barbell 12 lb neoprene dumbbells are a pair of hex-shaped, iron-core hand weights coated in 3mm neoprene for a comfortable, non-slip grip and anti-roll stability.

These CAP 12 lb neoprene dumbbells combine a solid iron core with a soft yet durable neoprene finish to create a versatile pair of hand weights suited to home gyms, studio classes, and on-the-go workouts. Each dumbbell is clearly marked with its poundage, color-coded, and molded in a hex shape so it won’t roll away when set down. They’re small enough to store easily but engineered to deliver reliable performance for strength work, HIIT, Pilates, walking, and more.

How will these dumbbells fit into my daily workouts?

The CAP 12 lb pair works as a standalone tool for tone-and-burn sessions or as added resistance to existing routines. Use them for isolated muscle moves, circuit intervals, or to intensify bodyweight exercises without bulky equipment.

• Perfect for curls, presses, rows, lunges, and core drills
• Add weight to walking or aerobic classes for extra calorie burn
• Compact and portable for quick session setup or travel

What safety and comfort features do these dumbbells offer?

Safety was prioritized with a precision iron core and a 3mm neoprene dip that cushions the hands and reduces slippage. The medium-diameter handle balances comfort with secure control so your grip stays stable through reps and transitions.

• Neoprene coating improves grip and protects floors
• Hex heads prevent rolling, reducing trip hazards between sets
• Poundage printed on each end for quick identification

Are these durable enough for frequent use?

Built with an ASTM A48 Grade 20 grey iron core and a resilient neoprene finish, these dumbbells are designed for ongoing home or studio use. The coating resists chipping and wear, maintaining appearance and function over time.

• Iron core offers solid, long-lasting weight integrity
• Neoprene resists sweat, scuffs, and everyday impacts
• Color coding helps organize multiple sets by weight

How do I store and care for the neoprene dumbbells?

Storing and maintaining these dumbbells is straightforward: keep them in a dry area away from direct sunlight and clean them occasionally with mild soap and water. Proper storage preserves the neoprene coating and keeps poundage markings legible.

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed
• Store flat or on a rack to avoid pressure on neoprene surfaces
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure to prevent fading

Who is this for? These CAP 12 lb neoprene dumbbells suit beginners building foundational strength, intermediate exercisers adding targeted resistance, and fitness instructors stocking studio gear. They’re ideal if you want a reliable, comfortable, and low-maintenance pair of weights that won’t roll away and are simple to incorporate into a wide variety of workouts.
