Chemical Guys Professional Microfiber Towels 16 x 16 in Blue — 3-Pack, High-Pile Scratch-Free Absorbent

Chemical Guys Professional Microfiber Towels are ultra-soft, high-pile 16 x 16 cloths designed to remove wax, polish, and grime without scratching finishes.

These 16" x 16" blue towels from Chemical Guys (MIC_506_24) combine plush, high-pile microfiber with strong absorbency and long-term durability so you can dry, buff, and finish surfaces with confidence. Built for automotive detailing but versatile enough for home use, the towels lift residues rather than smear them, helping you achieve streak-free paint, glass, and metal surfaces while remaining safe on clear coats and delicate trim.

How do these towels protect my car's paint and finish?

The ultra-soft, scratch-free fibers are engineered to trap contaminants and remove residues without abrasive contact, reducing the chance of swirl marks during finishing steps. Their high-pile structure cushions the surface while providing a large contact area for gentle cleaning.

• High-pile microfiber reduces friction and prevents micro-scratches
• Lint-free construction leaves paint and glass clean and clear
• Designed to lift waxes, sealants, and polish residues rather than spread them

What tasks are these 16 x 16 towels best suited for?

These towels work across many detailing steps: drying after a wash, buffing off polishes and sealants, wiping interior plastics, and cleaning glass. Their medium size gives good coverage without being bulky, making them handy for quick touch-ups and full detailing jobs alike.

• Drying panels and mirrors without streaks
• Buffing off wax, polish, and quick detail sprays
• Interior dusting and electronics-safe wiping

How do I care for and get the most life from these towels?

Machine wash the towels without fabric softener and dry on low heat to preserve absorbency and fiber integrity. Proper washing removes embedded dirt and prevents the microfiber from becoming abrasive, keeping them effective through many cycles.

• Wash separately or with other microfiber on gentle cycle
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners that clog fibers
• Tumble dry low or air-dry to protect fiber loft

How many towels do I need for a complete detail?

A 3-pack provides a simple, practical rotation: one for drying, one for buffing polishes and waxes, and one reserved for interior or glass use. Having dedicated towels reduces cross-contamination and keeps finishes consistent throughout the job.

• Three towels let you separate exterior, interior, and finishing duties
• Replace towels when overly soiled to avoid reintroducing contaminants
• Keep extra towels on hand for larger vehicles or multiple steps

Who is this for: These Chemical Guys blue 16 x 16 microfiber towels suit car enthusiasts, professional detailers, and homeowners who want reliable, non-abrasive cloths for paint correction, glass cleaning, and interior care. If you need reusable, machine-washable towels that maintain softness and absorbency through many washes, this 3-pack offers an efficient, cost-effective addition to any detailing kit or household cleaning supply drawer.
