CIVJET Waterproof Cast Cover for Leg & Foot — 7.9" Opening, Reusable TPU Seal for Showering & Swimming

CIVJET Cast Covers for Shower Leg is a reusable, airtight waterproof protector designed to keep casts and bandages dry while showering or swimming.

Built from high-grade thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), this CIVJET leg and foot cast cover delivers durable, tear-resistant protection for plaster and fiberglass casts, splints, and dressings. Its 7.9" (10-inch entrance) opening stretches to fit bulky dressings while maintaining a strong seal to block water ingress. Lightweight and easy to clean, the cover is intended for repeated use in baths, showers, pools, or outdoor water activities where moisture could compromise healing dressings or fixed supports.

How does the CIVJET cast cover keep water out during showers?

The cast protector uses high-tensile TPU and a snug elastic entrance to create an airtight barrier that prevents water from seeping in. The material resists stretching and tearing so the seal remains reliable under typical shower pressures.

• Made from premium TPU for excellent airtightness and tear resistance
• 10-inch diameter entrance stretches to form a secure seal around the limb
• Designed to withstand typical water pressure in showers and baths
• Reusability reduces waste compared with single-use covers

Will this cover fit my casted foot, ankle, or lower leg?

The 7.9" specified diameter and flexible TPU construction accommodate a wide range of cast sizes, including bulky plaster and fiberglass. Its entrance tolerates significant tension, so it adapts to limbs wrapped in gauze or combined with splints while keeping comfort in mind.

• 10-inch entrance handles bulky dressings and splints
• High tensile strength supports up to roughly 198 pounds of stretch tension
• Suitable for ankles, feet, knees (lower leg) depending on cast shape
• Reusable and easy to air-dry between uses

How do I use and care for the waterproof cast protector?

Slip the cover over the injured limb, pull the elasticized opening above the cast edge, and confirm the seal before entering water. After use, rinse with clean water, air-dry, and store away from direct sunlight to prolong the material’s lifespan.

• Pull cover up past the cast edge and smooth for a snug seal
• Rinse with mild soap and water after each use; air-dry thoroughly
• Avoid sharp objects and extreme heat to maintain TPU integrity
• Reusable design reduces ongoing cost and landfill waste

Is this cast cover durable and eco-friendly?

CIVJET uses high-quality TPU that resists aging and tearing, giving the cover a long usable life compared with thinner disposable alternatives. Because it’s reusable, it lowers single-use plastic consumption while offering dependable protection over many showers or swims.

• TPU material provides strong tear resistance and aging stability
• Reusable construction minimizes disposable-cover waste
• Easy to clean and maintain for repeated use
• Built to handle everyday water exposure without rapid degradation

Who is this for: The CIVJET Waterproof Cast Cover is appropriate for adults or adolescents with lower-leg, ankle, foot, or partial-knee casts and dressings who need consistent, water-tight protection while bathing, showering, or participating in water activities. It’s especially useful for users who want a durable, reusable solution that accommodates bulky casts, splints, or gauze and reduces reliance on single-use plastic covers. Avoid use if you have fragile skin conditions or specific medical restrictions without asking a healthcare provider.
