Coast Rechargeable LED Pocket Torch KL35R — 600 Lumen, USB-C, Area & Red Light

The Coast KL35R is a compact rechargeable pocket flashlight that delivers up to 600 lumens, a 128 m (420 ft) beam, and integrated area and red-light modes for versatile everyday use.

Small enough to carry daily yet engineered for demanding tasks, the KL35R blends a focused flood beam, a High CRI area light, and selectable red signaling into one rechargeable tool. It uses an integrated ZITHION™ battery with USB-C charging and offers run times that make it practical for long outings, work detail, or emergency kits. Built to resist dust and splashes with IP54 protection and finished with a two-way clip plus a lanyard loop, this light is meant to be both reliable and convenient.

How bright is the KL35R and how far does the beam reach?

The KL35R produces a peak output of up to 600 lumens and is optimized as a MINI flood beam for close-to-medium range tasks. Its focused output throws light up to 128 meters (420 feet), giving useful reach for outdoor navigation or property checks.

• Turbo and high modes for maximum brightness when needed
• Medium and low modes for longer runtime and everyday tasks
• Designed flood pattern for even illumination without harsh hotspots

What lighting options does it include for different situations?

The KL35R combines a primary flood flashlight with an area light featuring high and low High CRI white settings, plus solid and flashing red light options. This makes it suitable for detailed work, preserving night vision, or using as a visible safety signal.

• High CRI area mode for accurate color rendering during close tasks
• Low area mode for softer, longer-lasting illumination
• Solid and flashing red modes for emergency signaling and low-light preservation

How do you charge it and what battery life can you expect?

The built-in ZITHION™ rechargeable battery charges through a USB-C port for convenient top-up from common chargers or power banks. On the lowest setting the KL35R can run for many hours, while higher output settings provide shorter but bright performance suitable for short, intensive use.

• USB-C charging for fast, universal power access
• Long runtime on low; shorter durations on Turbo/high modes
• Integrated battery avoids the need for disposable cells

What features make the KL35R easy to carry and use hands-free?

Coast designed the KL35R as an everyday carry light with a two-way pocket clip that also fastens to a cap bill and a loop for attaching to lanyards or keyrings. Those options let you carry it clipped, suspend it for area lighting, or quickly access it from a pocket.

• Two-way clip secures to pockets or hat bills for hands-free use
• Lanyard/keyring loop for hanging as an area light
• Compact size fits easily in pockets, packs, or toolboxes
