Cosori TurboBlaze Smart Air Fryer 5.68 L, Cream — 9-in-1 with TurboBlaze airflow for fast crispy results

Designed for everyday family cooking, the Cosori TurboBlaze blends a compact 6-quart square basket with a 5-speed airflow system and smart connectivity to save time without sacrificing texture. Its TurboBlaze technology circulates hot air quickly and quietly, producing crispy exteriors and tender interiors while using far less oil than traditional frying. The unit ships with a recipe booklet and user manual—check the envelope in the box—and includes safety features such as automatic pause when the basket is removed.

How does TurboBlaze technology change cooking speed and texture?

TurboBlaze combines a high‑rpm fan with refined air channels and temperature control up to 450°F, speeding heat transfer so food browns faster and more uniformly. The soft‑start motor design also reduces operating noise, keeping the kitchen calmer during busy meal prep.

• 3600 rpm fan speed for rapid heat circulation
• Precise temperature range from 90°F to 450°F
• 5 adjustable fan speeds to match food types and sizes
• Soft start motor reduces abrupt noise at power‑up

What cooking functions are included and how do they simplify meals?

This model provides nine true cooking modes and a preheat convenience, letting you roast, bake, reheat, and more without toggling manual settings. Preset cycles remove guesswork for common dishes while smart app access unlocks guides, videos, and additional recipes.

• 9 built‑in presets for staples like fries, roast, bake, and more
• Preheat option adjusts time automatically or can be skipped
• Smartphone control for remote start, timers, and recipe lookups
• Auto‑resume when basket is reinserted after a pause

How easy is cleanup and everyday use?

The 6‑quart square basket and nonstick crisper plate are dishwasher safe, and the basket’s wide shape fits family portions while minimizing countertop footprint. Small design touches—like a secure crisper plate fit and clear safety notes in the manual—help prevent accidents and speed maintenance.

• Nonstick coated basket and crisper plate for quick washing
• Dishwasher‑safe components reduce manual scrubbing time
• Tip: use air fryer paper liners to catch debris during cooking
• Automatic pause when basket removed for safe handling

Are there any important safety or usage notes I should know?

Follow the included test run instructions before first use to clear manufacturing odors and verify operation. Avoid adding oil like a deep fryer, take care with the hot basket, and do not use Turbo Mode for thin, fluttery foods that could contact heating coils.

• Perform the recommended test run from the manual before cooking
• Do not fill with oil—this is not a deep fryer
• Keep hands away from the hot basket while unit is operating
• Secure the crisper plate firmly to avoid it falling out
