Craft911 Micro Drill Bit Set 21-Piece — Pin Vise Hand Drill with HSS & PCB Bits for Precise Jewellery and Model Work

Craft911 Micro Drill Bits Set with Pin Vise Hand Drill is a compact, manual 21-piece kit designed for precise drilling in jewelry, PCB work, model making and other delicate crafts.

This lightweight, battery-free pin vise offers fine control for intricate projects where power tools are too aggressive. The kit pairs a comfortable hand drill with two complementary bit families: ten HSS twist micro bits (1.2–2.5mm sizes) for general material work, and ten PCB micro bits (0.1–1.0mm) for ultra-fine perforations. Built for portability and repeated use, the set is useful in the workshop, at a hobby table, or on location for repairs and art projects.

What materials can I safely drill with this pin vise?

The Craft911 pin vise is intended for soft to medium materials encountered in crafts and light repairs. Manual rotation and small diameter bits mean less heat and lower risk of cracking if used with steady pressure and the right bit size. Avoid forcing larger holes in very hard metals; instead choose incremental bit sizing and light, controlled turns.

• Suitable: resin, wood, plastic, PVC, model materials, bone, amber, walnut, fiberglass.
• Good for: jewelry components, beads, small wooden parts, hobby models, PCB adjustments.
• Technique tip: back out frequently to clear debris and use lubricant for denser materials.

How does the bit assortment cover different precision needs?

The 21-piece configuration combines two types of drills so you can switch between coarse and ultra-fine work quickly. The HSS twist bits handle general drilling tasks from 1.2mm to 2.5mm, while the PCB micro bits range from 0.1mm to 1.0mm for tiny, controlled holes. This gives flexibility across tasks from mounting hardware to creating eyelets and circuit board access points.

• HSS twist bits: 1.2mm (x4), 1.5mm (x2), 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.5mm.
• PCB micro bits: precision sizes 0.1mm–1.0mm for delicate work.
• Quick swaps: bits are simple to change for uninterrupted workflow.

Why choose a manual pin vise instead of a powered rotary tool?

A hand-operated pin vise provides tactile feedback and fine control that powered tools can’t match for very small diameters. Without batteries or motors, it’s quieter, lighter, and safer for fragile pieces where over-speed can cause chipping or melting. It’s also an eco-friendly, always-ready option for fieldwork and detailed studio tasks.

• No batteries or cords — ready anytime, anywhere.
• Slower rotation reduces heat and improves precision for delicate parts.
• Ergonomic grip for steady, controlled drilling by hand.

How durable is the kit and what warranty do I get?

Craft911 backs the pin vise with a lifetime warranty covering defects and workmanship; the brand will replace the tool if an issue arises. Bits are made to professional standards for hobby and light professional use, but treating them with proper technique (moderate pressure, frequent clearing, and correct speed) extends their usable life.

• Lifetime replacement warranty from Craft911 for the pin vise.
• High-speed steel (HSS) and precision PCB bits for reliable performance.
• Compact storage and portability protect bits during travel or storage.

Who is this for? The Craft911 Micro Drill Bits Set with Pin Vise Hand Drill is aimed at jewelry makers, model builders, electronics hobbyists, watch and instrument repairers, and anyone needing small, precise holes without the bulk or speed of electric tools. If you value control, portability, and a full range of tiny drill sizes for delicate crafts or precise PCB work, this kit offers a practical, long-lasting solution.
