Cuisinart 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker — Stainless Steel, PerfecTemp, Brew Strength Control

The Cuisinart 14-Cup PerfecTemp Programmable Coffee Maker is a stainless-steel, feature-rich drip machine that brews up to 14 cups of hot, customizable coffee and keeps it at your preferred temperature.

This Cuisinart DCC-3200BKSNAS combines precise brewing technology with user-friendly programmability so you can set a timer, choose brew strength, and control carafe warming settings. Designed for households and small offices, it includes a glass carafe, a commercial-style gold-tone permanent filter, and an easy-to-read backlit LCD. The machine also offers helpful alerts, like a descale indicator and optional ready tone, to simplify maintenance and daily use.

How does this coffee maker produce hotter coffee without hurting flavor?

The PerfecTemp system manages water temperature and the brew cycle to extract flavor effectively while maintaining a hotter final cup. It avoids overheating that can cause bitterness by regulating the water delivery and reservoir heat, preserving coffee nuances.

• Precision temperature control tuned for optimal extraction
• Even water distribution across grounds for balanced flavor
• Designed to keep acidity and oils intact while delivering higher serving temperature

Can I schedule coffee in advance and customize strength?

Yes — the machine has a 24-hour programmability feature so you can set brewing to finish when you want. Brew Strength Control lets you pick Regular or Bold, tailoring the intensity to your taste or the roast profile you choose.

• 24-hour auto-start to have coffee ready on your schedule
• Regular or Bold settings for lighter or fuller-bodied cups
• Optional audible ready tone to alert you when brewing completes

What warming and serving options does the glass carafe offer?

The glass carafe sits on an adjustable warming plate with three temperature levels — Low, Medium, and High — so brewed coffee stays at a serving temperature you prefer without overcooking. The plate setting adapts to how long you plan to keep coffee on the warmer.

• Three warming plate temperatures to match drinking preferences
• 1–4 Cup setting for quicker brews when making small quantities
• Pause-and-Serve function to pour mid-brew without drips

How is upkeep handled and what convenience features help daily use?

The machine includes user-friendly maintenance cues and removable components that simplify cleaning. A descale indicator signals when mineral buildup needs attention, and the permanent gold-tone filter reduces waste and ongoing filter purchases.

• Indicator light for descaling to preserve performance
• Commercial-style gold-tone permanent filter included
• Backlit LCD and intuitive controls for fast programming
