Cuisinart 5-in-1 Griddler Panini Press & Grill, 1500W — Reversible Plates & Dual Temp Controls

The Cuisinart Griddler 1500W is a 5-in-1 countertop grill and panini press that converts between contact grill, full grill, full griddle, panini press, and half grill/half griddle for fast, versatile cooking.

Compact but powerful, this Cuisinart indoor grill delivers flexible cooking configurations and user-friendly features so you can make everything from pancakes and eggs to seared steaks and pressed sandwiches. With a floating hinge and reversible nonstick plates, you can switch between grilling textures and flat griddle surfaces in seconds. The unit’s removable components, dishwasher-safe design and included scraping tool make cleanup straightforward, while dual temperature controls and a 1500-watt output provide precise heat for a wide range of recipes.

How does the Griddler adapt for different meals?

Its reversible plates and a floating cover let you change the cooking method without needing multiple appliances. Use the ridged plates for sear marks and drip control, flip them for a flat griddle surface, or open the lid fully to cook larger cuts and breakfast items.

• 5 cooking modes: contact grill, panini press, full grill, full griddle, half grill/half griddle
• Reversible nonstick plates for ridged or flat surfaces
• Floating cover accommodates sandwiches and thicker foods

What temperature control and power options are available?

This model offers dual controls so you can manage heat in both grill/panini and griddle settings. Grill/panini mode switches from a "warm" setting to "sear," while griddle mode ranges from 200°F up to 425°F, backed by 1500 watts for quick heat-up and stable cooking temperatures.

• 1500W heating element for fast preheat and consistent results
• Grill/panini mode: warm to sear for sandwiches and proteins
• Griddle mode: adjustable 200°F–425°F for eggs, pancakes, and more

How easy is cleanup and maintenance?

Cleanup is designed to be low-effort: the nonstick plates are removable and dishwasher-safe, and a removable drip tray captures grease. A cleaning/scraping tool is included to help lift stuck-on residue before washing, keeping the appliance hygienic and ready for the next use.

• Removable, dishwasher-safe nonstick grill/griddle plates
• Detachable drip tray collects excess fats and juices
• Included scraper simplifies removal of stuck food

Who is this for? The Cuisinart Griddler is well suited for households that want one compact appliance to replace several kitchen tools: ideal for busy cooks who need breakfast-to-dinner versatility, apartment dwellers with limited counter space, and anyone who prefers easy cleanup and reliable temperature control. It’s also a good choice for people who like alternating between sear-marked grilling and smooth griddle cooking without swapping devices.
