Decibullz Custom Moulded Ear Plugs 31 dB NRR (Black) — Re-moldable Thermoplastic with Carry Pouch

Decibullz Custom Molded Ear Plugs are re-moldable thermoplastic ear protection delivering up to 31 dB NRR in a personalized, secure fit.

These Decibullz ear plugs use heat-softened thermoplastic to form a snug, custom seal in your ear canal, combining effective noise attenuation with comfort that won’t slip during activity. Designed for repeated reshaping, the pair adapts to changing needs—whether you're at a firing range, a concert, working noisy equipment, or traveling. The kit ships with multiple tip sizes and a carry pouch so you can tailor fit and store them conveniently.

How do I shape and re-shape these ear plugs?

Shaping Decibullz is a simple process that requires only hot water and your ears. Heat the thermoplastic molds until pliable, let them cool slightly, then insert and press them to your ear shape; once cooled they hold that custom profile. Because the material is re-moldable, you can repeat the process whenever the fit needs adjustment.

• Boil water, submerge molds briefly until soft.
• Cool a few seconds so it's safe, then press into ear for shaping.
• Reheat and reshape later if fit changes or for different activities.

What noise reduction and protection can I expect?

These ear plugs provide high attenuation rated at 31 dB NRR, suitable for loud environments like shooting ranges or concerts where impact and continuous noise are concerns. They reduce overall sound levels while preserving enough environmental awareness for communication when necessary.

• 31 dB NRR for substantial noise reduction.
• Triple flange and foam tip options included to fine-tune isolation.
• Custom fit reduces pressure points and improves seal compared with generic tips.

What comes in the box and how do the tip options differ?

The kit includes two thermoplastic custom molds, three sizes of triple-flange silicone tips (S, M, L), one set of medium foam tips labeled Max Protect, and a branded carrying pouch. Silicone flanges offer reusable, comfortable sealing across ear shapes; foam tips offer extra passive attenuation and a softer feel for extended wear.

• Two thermoplastic molds for custom shaping.
• Triple flange tips in small, medium, large for fit choices.
• Medium foam tips for higher passive isolation and comfort.
• Carry pouch for protection and portability.

Will these stay in place during action and travel?

When molded properly, Decibullz ear plugs form a tailored seal that resists falling out and minimizes movement even during vigorous activity. The personalized fit is less likely to loosen from head motion, helmets, or straps than universal tips, making them practical for active use and long travel days.

• Custom contouring prevents slippage during activity.
• Low-profile shape works under helmets and headsets.
• Carry pouch keeps molded pieces clean between uses.

Who is this for? Decibullz Custom Molded Ear Plugs are intended for people who need reliable, adjustable hearing protection that fits their ear uniquely: shooting enthusiasts, concertgoers, frequent flyers, industrial or construction workers, and anyone who prefers a reusable, tailored earplug over one-size-fits-all options. If you want high attenuation with the option to re-form the fit at home, this kit delivers practical, long-term value.
