How does this baking dish perform in the oven and everyday use?

The DOWAN casserole pan is engineered for steady heat tolerance and repeated daily use. The pro-grade ceramic distributes heat evenly for consistent baking while the durable glaze simplifies cleanup after meals.

• Oven-safe to 500°F/260°C for roasting, baking, and browning.
• Microwave- and refrigerator-safe for reheating and storage.
• Dishwasher-safe glaze makes cleanup quick and hands-off.
• Lead-free ceramic ensures food-safe performance.

What sizes and dishes are best made in the 9x13 casserole pan?

With a roomy 4.2-quart capacity and deep sides, this 9x13 pan is ideal for layered and saucy dishes that need containment and height. It handles family-size lasagna, deep casseroles, baked pastas, roasted vegetables, and one-dish meals with ease.

• Classic lasagna and multi-layer bakes—room for sauce and cheese without overflow.
• Hearty casseroles and gratins that require depth for fillings.
• Sheet-style brownies, baked pastas, and small roasts for family dinners.
• Make-ahead meals that go from fridge to oven safely.

Why choose double handles and a soft white glaze for serving?

The pair of molded handles gives a secure grip when moving the dish between oven, countertop and table, reducing risk when plates are hot and full. The soft white glaze creates a clean, timeless look that coordinates with varied table settings and showcases food colors attractively.

• Double handles offer safe, balanced lifting even when full.
• Neutral soft white finish complements casual and formal dining.
• Smooth glazed surface resists sticking and is easier to wash.
• Durable finish stays attractive with regular use.

How do you care for and store this ceramic baking pan?

Maintaining the dish is straightforward: avoid sudden extreme temperature changes and allow it to cool slightly before washing to prolong the glaze life. Store it as you would other ovenware; stacked with protective layers if you keep multiple ceramic pieces together.

• Let the pan cool before submerging in very cold water to avoid thermal shock.
• Dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing extends longevity of the glaze.
• Use silicone or wood utensils to protect the surface from scratches.
• Store with a liner or cloth between stacked ceramics to prevent chips.
