Duracell backs these CopperTop batteries with a quality guarantee against manufacturing defects.

How long will these C batteries last in storage?

Duracell CopperTop C batteries are designed for long-term storage and include a 10-year guarantee in storage. That means the cells should maintain useful charge for years when kept in a cool, dry place, reducing the need to replace backup batteries frequently.

• Guaranteed 10-year shelf life when stored properly
• Alkaline chemistry minimizes self-discharge compared with older chemistries
• Recloseable pack helps keep unused cells fresh after opening

What devices are best suited for Duracell C alkaline batteries?

C-size CopperTop cells are ideal for mid-drain equipment that requires more capacity than AA or AAA batteries. Use them in larger toys, portable radios, lanterns, certain medical devices, and many household tools that specify C batteries.

• Common in children’s toys and battery-powered games
• Suitable for portable lighting like flashlights and lanterns
• Works with radios, clocks, some cameras, and home electronics

What does the Duracell guarantee cover?

Duracell guarantees these batteries against defects in materials and workmanship. If a battery defect causes a device to fail or be damaged, Duracell will repair or replace the device at its option, subject to the company’s warranty terms.

• Manufacturer backing for workmanship and material defects
• Warranty may include repair or replacement of affected devices
• Keep proof of purchase and follow Duracell warranty instructions for claims

Why choose this recloseable 12-pack over loose batteries?

• Resealable packaging preserves remaining battery life after opening
• 12-pack provides a balance of value and storage convenience
• Easy organization for household or small-business battery needs
