EcoFives Acacia Kitchen Drawer Organiser - 8-Slot Expandable Silverware Tray, 17 x 12.4 in Low-Profile Wood

The EcoFives Luxury Acacia Kitchen Drawer Organizer is an 8-slot, expandable wood tray designed to neatly store flatware and utensils while maximizing drawer space.

This premium organizer combines solid acacia construction with a low-profile, expandable design to create an attractive, long-lasting solution for kitchen drawers. At 17" deep and 12.4" wide with two side panels that extend to 21", it adapts to different drawer sizes and keeps forks, spoons, knives and cooking tools separated and easy to find. Smooth edges and a shallow 2" height make loading and retrieving utensils fast, while the natural wood finish adds warmth to kitchen interiors.

How does this organizer expand to fit different drawer widths?

The EcoFives tray includes two slide-out panels on the left and right that extend the organizer from its standard width to a wider configuration, so it can match a variety of drawer interiors. The expandable mechanism locks into place for stable use and prevents the tray from shifting when you open or close the drawer.

• Standard footprint: 17" depth × 12.4" width × 2" height.
• Expanded width: up to 21" using two pull-out panels.
• Low-profile 2" height keeps utensils visible and accessible.
• Friction-fit extension that secures in common drawer sizes.

What compartments and capacity does the 8-slot layout provide?

The organizer is arranged into 6–8 compartments suited for both everyday flatware and larger kitchen tools, so you can separate forks, spoons, knives, serving utensils and frequently used gadgets. Compartments vary in width to accommodate narrow items like teaspoons as well as wider spatulas or tongs.

• Eight total slots including narrow and wide sections for mixed utensils.
• Roomy central compartments for knives and larger tools.
• Shallow depth keeps items within easy reach at a glance.
• Raised edges let you lift the entire organizer quickly when cleaning or rearranging drawers.

What is the build quality and how do you care for the acacia wood?

Constructed from thick acacia, the tray provides solid support for cutlery and resists everyday wear better than thin plastic alternatives. The wood’s natural grain and finish make the organizer both durable and decorative, while the sturdy construction reduces sagging under heavier loads.

• Made from dense, solid acacia for strength and attractive grain patterns.
• Smooth, sealed surface for easy wiping; avoid dishwashers and soaking.
• Clean by rinsing or wiping with a damp cloth; dry promptly to protect the wood.
• Built to withstand typical kitchen use without warping or cracking.

Can this tray be used outside the kitchen?

Yes — the adaptable compartment layout and refined wood finish make this organizer suitable for bedrooms, bathrooms or home offices. Use it to store makeup brushes, lipsticks, desk supplies, or craft tools for a coordinated, tidy drawer system throughout the home.

• Cosmetic storage: brushes, eyeliners, lip items neatly separated.
• Office use: pens, markers, clips and small tools organized by type.
• Craft or hobby drawers: beads, scissors and glue sticks kept accessible.
• Natural wood finish complements furniture and cabinetry in multiple rooms.
