Evenflo Balance Plus Wide Neck Baby Bottles 266 ml Pack of 6 – Proflo Venting, Breast-like Nipple

Evenflo Balance Plus Wide Neck 9 oz bottles are a six-pack of BPA-free baby bottles with a breast-like nipple and Proflo venting designed to support easy latching and reduce feeding-related gas and fussiness.

These wide-neck feeding bottles are crafted to mirror a natural latch while offering a measured, slower flow for newborns and infants. Built-in Proflo venting helps keep air out of your baby’s tummy, and molded ounce/milliliter markers make measuring formula and breast milk simple and durable. The three-piece design assembles quickly and is dishwasher-safe on the top rack, making cleanup straightforward for busy caregivers.

How does the nipple shape support a natural latch?

The nipple on the Balance Plus bottle is gently angled with a broader base so a baby’s lips can attain a wide, secure seal similar to breastfeeding. That shape encourages the correct mouth positioning without forcing the infant to reach for the tip, which helps reduce slipping or fatigue during a feed. It’s intended to work well for families combining breast and bottle feeding.

• Naturally sloped nipple to mimic breast contours
• Wide nipple base encourages full-lip latch
• Adjusted flow rate to match newborn drinking pace

Will these bottles help with colic, gas, or spit-up?

Evenflo’s patented Proflo venting system channels air away from the milk so bubbles stay in the bottle instead of entering the infant’s stomach. This one-piece vent reduces pressure fluctuations during feeding, which can lower the chances of reflux, gassiness and post-feed fussiness. While no bottle eliminates all digestive issues, this venting design aims to minimize common feeding-related discomforts.

• Patented 1-piece Proflo vent keeps air out of milk
• Reduces pressure changes for smoother milk flow
• Helps decrease potential for gas, reflux, and fussiness

How easy are these bottles to measure, clean, and use with a breast pump?

Molded volume markings in both ounces and milliliters are permanent, so you won’t worry about measurements washing off after repeated washes. The bottle consists of just three parts, which simplifies assembly and thorough cleaning between feeds. For pumping convenience, Evenflo offers a separate wide-neck pump adapter (sold separately) so you can pump directly into these bottles to save time.

• Molded ounce and milliliter scales that won’t fade
• Three-piece construction for quick cleaning and assembly
• Compatible with Evenflo wide-neck pump adapter (sold separately)

Are these bottles safe and durable for everyday use?

Evenflo Balance Plus bottles are made from FDA-approved food-grade materials and are free from BPA, polycarbonates, PVC and phthalates. They’re built to withstand regular top-rack dishwasher cycles, and the sturdy wide neck makes filling and wiping interior surfaces easier. The 9-ounce size is practical for newborns growing into larger feeds.

• 100% free of BPA, polycarbonates, PVC, and phthalates
• FDA-approved food-grade construction
• Dishwasher-safe (top rack) and robust for daily use

Who this is for: Parents and caregivers seeking a transition-friendly bottle for breast-and-bottle feeding will value the natural-latch nipple and controlled flow. These bottles suit newborns through infancy who need a modest 9 oz capacity, caregivers who want easy cleaning and accurate measurement, and anyone looking to reduce feeding-related gas or reflux symptoms with a vented system.
