EVIL ENERGY 3/8" Fuel Hose 3 m NBR SAE 30R7 — 300 PSI Oil-Resistant

EVIL ENERGY 3/8" NBR rubber fuel hose is a SAE 30R7–rated, 10-foot push-lock line built for fuel, oil and diesel systems with a 300 PSI working pressure and robust oil-resistant construction.

This durable fuel hose combines nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) with a braided polyester reinforcement to deliver dependable fuel transfer and oil handling in automotive and industrial applications. Sized at a 3/8" (9.5 mm) inner diameter and 2/3" (17 mm) outer diameter, the hose balances compact routing with strong flow capacity. It meets SAE 30R7 guidelines and is engineered to resist oil, wear and moderate heat so you can rely on consistent performance across engines, fuel lines, oil coolers and equipment that use gasoline, diesel, biodiesel and lubricants.

What are the key performance specs and limits I should know?

The hose is rated for a 300 PSI working pressure and a 1,200 PSI burst pressure, giving a wide safety margin for common automotive and light industrial fuel tasks. Temperature tolerance ranges from -40°F up to 257°F, accommodating cold starts and elevated operating temperatures without immediate degradation.

• Inner diameter: 3/8" (9.5 mm); outer diameter: 2/3" (17 mm)
• Wall thickness: 3 mm; minimum bend radius: 3.9" (100 mm)
• Working pressure: 300 PSI; burst pressure: 1,200 PSI
• Temperature range: -40°F to 257°F

Which fluids and systems is this hose compatible with?

Constructed from NBR rubber and reinforced with braided polyester fiber, the hose is formulated for resistance to hydrocarbons and many lubricants. It is suitable for gasoline, diesel, biodiesel blends, oil and grease, making it versatile for fuel delivery, oil cooling and lubrication circuits.

• Approved for gasoline, diesel and biodiesel use in non-pressurized and pressurized lines
• Resists oils and greases common in engine bays and industrial equipment
• Meets SAE 30R7 expectations for fuel line applications

How easy is it to install and route in tight spaces?

The 3/8" inner diameter and 3.9" minimum bend radius allow compact routing through engine compartments and equipment frames while maintaining flow. The push-lock style favors quick fittings and clamp installations; use proper clamp torque and mating fittings sized to 3/8" ID to ensure leak-free service.

• 10-foot length offers flexibility for cutting to custom runs
• Minimum bend radius 3.9" helps avoid kinking when routing
• Push-lock friendly for barbed fittings and secure clamps

How durable is the hose against oil, wear and environmental stress?

NBR rubber is chosen for its hydrocarbon resistance and elasticity, while the braided polyester reinforcement improves tensile strength and abrasion resistance. This construction reduces wear from vibration and handling, and sustains pressure performance across expected temperature ranges.

• NBR formulation resists fuel and oil swelling over time
• Braided polyester adds burst strength and abrasion protection
• Designed to meet SAE 30R7 endurance expectations in fuel system use

Who is this for: EVIL ENERGY's 3/8" SAE 30R7 NBR fuel hose is aimed at mechanics, restorers, fleet technicians and DIY enthusiasts needing a reliable, oil-resistant fuel line for gasoline, diesel and lubricant applications. It's well suited for replacing worn fuel lines, building custom fuel routes, connecting oil coolers or installing aftermarket fuel systems on cars, trucks, small engines and light industrial machinery. If you require a compact-diameter hose with a 300 PSI working pressure, strong hydrocarbon resistance and a flexible 10-foot length for custom runs, this hose is a practical choice.
