How many decks and what card sizes will this shuffler handle?

The FEIERYA model fits up to six standard decks at once and works with most common poker and bridge cards within the specified dimensions. Check your card size before use to ensure they sit properly in the slots for an even shuffle.

• Accepts up to 6 standard decks simultaneously
• Compatible card maximums: length < 3.50" and width < 2.48"
• Designed for typical poker, bridge, and casino-style index cards

What power does it require and how do I operate it?

This shuffler is fully battery-operated and needs four C batteries (not included), making it portable and ideal for locations without a nearby outlet. Operation is simple—load the cards, press and hold the shuffle button, then slide out the tray when complete.

• Requires 4 C batteries for operation — no USB or rechargeable option
• One-button operation: load cards into two slots, hold the button to shuffle
• Pull out the bottom tray to collect shuffled cards and begin play

Is the shuffler durable and what should I do if it jams?

FEIERYA built the unit for repeated home and small-event use; it’s compact and durable but uses gears that may occasionally need reseating. The product includes a 6-month replacement service for manufacturing defects and a basic troubleshooting step if it jams.

• Sturdy plastic housing sized 8.18" L x 3.77" W x 7.67" H for tabletop use
• If it jams or one side stalls, try reseating the internal gear with a screwdriver
• 6-month replacement coverage for defects — contact the seller for support
