Filtrete 20x25x1 Air Filter MERV 11 (MPR 1000) — 6-Pack Pleated 1" Filters for Allergens & Pet Dander, 3-Month Life

Filtrete 20x25x1 MERV 11 (MPR 1000) 6-pack is a set of pleated 1" HVAC filters engineered to capture allergens, pet dander and many microparticles while maintaining reliable airflow for three months per filter.

These Filtrete filters from 3M combine pleated construction with the brand’s multi-stage filtration design to remove a wide range of common household particles from the air that circulates through your furnace or air conditioner. Each filter in this six-pack measures 19.68 x 24.68 x 0.81 inches actual size and is rated MPR 1000 and MERV 11, striking a balance between particle capture and system compatibility. Replace every 90 days for best performance, or use the Filtrete Smart App to scan the barcode and create replacement reminders.

How does this Filtrete filter reduce airborne allergens in my home?

The filter’s fibrous pleated media captures both large and many smaller particles, lowering the concentration of common irritants that circulate through HVAC systems. Certified asthma and allergy-friendly, it is designed to trap dust, pollen, pet dander and similar contaminants.

• MERV 11 and MPR 1000 rating for robust particle capture
• Pleated media increases surface area to trap more particles
• Certified asthma and allergy-friendly for added reassurance

Will these filters work without restricting airflow or harming my HVAC system?

Filtrete balances filtration efficiency with airflow to keep most residential furnaces and air conditioners running as intended. The 1" pleated design is compatible with standard housings, but always check your HVAC manufacturer’s filter specifications before installing.

• Designed for typical residential HVAC systems and 1" slots
• Pleated design maintains airflow while improving capture
• Replace every 90 days to avoid excess loading and airflow issues

How often should I change these filters and how can I remember?

Replace each filter approximately every three months under normal household conditions to preserve filtration performance and system efficiency. For convenience, use the Filtrete Smart App to scan a filter barcode and set 30-, 60- or 90-day reminders so you get notified when it’s time to swap filters.

• Recommended change interval: every 90 days
• Smart App reminder setup via barcode scanning
• More frequent changes recommended in high-dust or pet-heavy environments

What particles and contaminants does this MERV 11 filter capture?

The MERV 11/MPR 1000 performance captures a broad range of household particles, including visible debris and many fine particulates. It helps reduce smoke, smog-related particles, pet dander, lint and pollen passing through your HVAC system.

• Effective on pollen, dust, lint and pet dander
• Reduces many microparticles in the 0.3–1.0 micron range
• Also captures larger airborne particles before they recirculate

Who is this for? Homeowners and renters seeking a reliable, mid-to-high efficiency 1" filter that balances particle removal and system compatibility will find this Filtrete 6-pack useful. It’s a good match for households with pets or seasonal allergies that want an easy-to-install, certified option with digital reminder support. Verify your system accepts 1" filters and consider more frequent replacement if you have heavy dust, multiple pets, or local air quality concerns.
