FitRight Adult Nappies Large 44–56 in — Ultra Heavy Absorbency, 80-Count with 4D-Core & Refastenable Tabs

FitRight Ultra Heavy Absorbency Adult Diapers are disposable, tab-style briefs designed to lock in moisture with a patented 4D-Core and deliver discreet, comfortable protection for waist sizes 44–56 inches.

These FitRight Ultra adult diapers combine a high-capacity absorbent core with cloth-like materials and refastenable tabs so caregivers and users can achieve a secure fit while maintaining skin comfort and dignity. Made in the U.S., the briefs are built for heavy incontinence needs and include features such as a wetness indicator and odor-control technology to help preserve a fresh, dry feeling between changes.

How do these briefs control leaks and manage heavy flow?

The FitRight Ultra uses a patented 4D-Core engineered to channel and trap liquid away from the skin, reducing the chance of surface moisture and overflow. Reinforced leg barriers and a full-width back section add extra protection where leaks most often start.

• Patented 4D-Core wicks fluid into internal layers
• Reinforced leg cuffs to block side leakage
• Full back coverage for overnight and heavy episodes
• Odor control system to neutralize unwanted smells

How does the fit and fastening system work for different body shapes?

These briefs come with wide, skin-safe tabs instead of underwear-style pull-ons so you can refasten and adjust the fit as needed. The Large size is designed for waists from 44 to 56 inches, offering both a secure hold and flexibility for varied body contours.

• Refastenable adhesive tabs for easy adjustments and repositioning
• Elasticized waist for snug, comfortable fit without bunching
• Cloth-like outer layer for a discreet, garment-like appearance
• Size Large accommodates waist 44–56 inches

What features help protect skin and aid caregiver use?

FitRight Ultra focuses on moisture management and gentle materials to help maintain skin integrity during extended use. Caregivers benefit from the wetness indicator and the tab design, which simplify checks and changes without unnecessary pulling or rolling.

• Soft, cloth-like back sheet to reduce friction on skin
• Moisture alert wetness indicator changes color when soiled
• Designed for repeated, safe refastening to limit repositioning trauma
• Helps reduce surface wetness that can irritate skin
