Fuller Brush Electrostatic Carpet & Floor Sweeper 9" Cleaning Path — Lightweight Black, Folding Handle

The Fuller Brush 17027 is a compact, manual electrostatic sweeper designed to pick up crumbs, dust, and pet hair from carpets and hard floors quickly without power or batteries.

Small enough to stow away yet capable of fast touch-up cleaning, this 9-inch path floor sweeper uses electrostatic action and bristle rollers to attract dirt on hardwood, tile, laminate and low-pile carpets. Built with a durable metal housing and a folding adjustable handle, it’s tailored for quick cleanups in kitchens, entryways, offices and apartments where a full vacuum would be overkill.

How does the electrostatic design pull up crumbs and hair?

The sweeper’s bristle rollers generate static charge as they roll across surfaces, attracting fine dust, pet hair, food particles and small debris like a magnet. Because it’s mechanical, the effect works continuously while in motion and does not rely on electricity.

• Electrostatic bristle rollers collect dust and hair efficiently.
• 9" cleaning path balances coverage with maneuverability.
• Works on low-pile carpet and all hard floor finishes.
• No cords or batteries — ready to use anytime.

Can this replace a vacuum for everyday touch-ups?

For quick daily spot cleaning it’s an excellent alternative: the sweeper clears scattered crumbs, visible dust and pet fur faster than getting out a full-size vacuum. It’s best used between vacuuming sessions rather than replacing deep-clean routines.

• Ideal for quick pick-ups after meals or pet shedding.
• Silent operation makes it good for noise-sensitive areas.
• Compact design allows instant access for frequent use.
• Dual dust bins speed disposal — press and empty in seconds.

How easy is it to store, carry and maintain?

The 17027's lightweight build and folding handle make transport and storage simple; it tucks into a closet, under a bed, or beside a prep area with minimal footprint. Maintenance is user-friendly with an included comb for bristle cleaning and a press-to-release dust bin for quick emptying.

• Durable metal housing resists everyday wear.
• Folds flat for compact storage in small spaces.
• Cleaning comb removes tangled hair from bristles.
• Press-release bins reduce contact with collected debris.

Where does the Fuller Brush sweeper perform best?

This tool shines on hard floors, quick carpet touch-ups and confined spots under furniture or between appliances where vacuum hoses can be awkward. It’s most effective on visible debris rather than deeply embedded dirt or high-pile rugs.

• Excellent for kitchens, hallways, dorms and offices.
• Reaches under couches and beds with an adjustable handle.
• Quiet operation suits noise-restricted environments.
• Great for pet owners needing frequent surface pick-ups.

Who this is for: The Fuller Brush 17027 is aimed at households and small-space dwellers who want a fast, reliable way to remove crumbs, dust and pet hair without pulling out a vacuum — especially useful for busy parents, pet owners, apartment residents and anyone who prefers a silent, low-effort clean-up tool. Backed by Fuller Brush’s long-standing warranty, it’s a practical addition for everyday surface maintenance and spot cleaning.
