Gamma2 Vittles Vault Airtight Pet Food Storage Container 22.7 kg with Scoop — Threaded Seal, Food-Grade HDPE

The Gamma2 Vittles Vault is a heavy-duty, airtight pet food storage container that holds up to 50 pounds of dry food and includes a scoop for easy serving.

Store kibble, birdseed, goat feed or bulk dry pet food with confidence using the Vittles Vault. Built from food-grade HDPE plastic and engineered with Gamma Seal Technology, this container combines a threaded locking lid and double gaskets to reduce moisture fluctuation and deter pests. It’s a practical, long-lasting option for pet owners who buy in bulk, prepare multiple feedings, or need a tidy storage solution in pantries, garages (covered), or mudrooms.

How does the Vittles Vault keep food fresher longer?

The Gamma Seal lid features a threaded design and dual gaskets that form a tight barrier against air and humidity changes. That controlled seal helps slow rancidity and preserve flavor without refrigeration for dry foods. For best results, store the bin indoors or in climate-controlled areas to avoid extreme temperatures.

• Threaded lid with double gaskets for consistent airtight performance
• Food-grade HDPE resists stains and odors, reducing flavor transfer
• Designed to balance internal moisture; not a vacuum system
• Recommended indoor or covered outdoor storage for optimal freshness

Will this container really keep pests out of kibble?

Yes—when closed correctly, the Vittles Vault’s sealed lid limits access to insects and rodents by removing easy entry points and reducing food odors that attract pests. It’s also suitable for storing other dry items that benefit from pest protection, such as birdseed or livestock feed.

• Secure screw-on lid minimizes scent escape and entry points
• Sturdy HDPE body resists gnawing and attempts to breach the container
• Works well for dog, cat, bird, and livestock dry feed storage
• For severe infestation areas, pair with elevated or enclosed storage

How do I choose the right size and what about stackability?

Pick a size based on your pet’s food density and kibble shape—larger, chunky kibble needs more volume. When unsure, choose the next larger container size to avoid overflow. Note that only the 40- and 60-pound models are designed to stack securely if you need vertical storage options.

• Choose larger capacity for bulky kibble or mixed feed to prevent crowding
• Rounding up to the next size helps when you’re uncertain of kibble density
• 40 lb and 60 lb versions are stackable for small-space organization
• Use included scoop for portioning and to avoid dirtying the lid or hands

How durable and safe is the material for food storage?

The Vittles Vault is molded from food-grade HDPE, a resilient plastic that resists cracking, staining, and odor retention. It’s intended for indoor or covered outdoor storage; while tough, long-term exposure to extreme elements is not recommended. The container includes a dedicated scoop to reduce cross-contamination and mess when serving.

• Food-grade HDPE construction for safe contact with dry pet food
• Resistant to shattering and cracking under normal household use
• Includes scoop to promote hygienic feeding and accurate portions
• Proudly manufactured by Gamma2 in the USA for consistent quality
