GHB Wooden Gymnastic Rings 1.25" Birch with 1.5" Adjustable Straps, Swivel Carabiner & Carry Bag for Pull-Ups and Muscle-Ups

These rings combine a wider, natural wood grip with upgraded hardware and double-layered straps so you can perform pull-ups, muscle-ups, dips, rows and core work with dependable stability. The package includes a rotatable carabiner for faster setup, numbered straps for consistent height adjustments, a door anchor and foot straps to expand exercise options, plus grip tape and a carry bag for convenient transport and storage.

How do these rings feel and grip compared with standard plastic or smaller rings?

The GHB rings are crafted from 1.25" birch wood, wider than typical 1.1" rings, offering a warmer, grippier surface that reduces hand fatigue and improves control during complex movements. Wood naturally wicks moisture and provides tactile feedback which many athletes prefer over slick plastic.

• 1.25" diameter birch wood for comfortable, secure holds
• Smoother finish that won’t bite into hands during rotations
• Better tactile friction when using chalk or grip tape

What makes the mounting hardware and straps reliable for heavy use?

Hardware has been upgraded to a swivel carabiner design that rotates through the strap slot for quick, stable setup and fewer loose parts than screw-gate fittings. The straps are 1.5" wide and double layered with numbered increments so you can match heights precisely and trust long-term load-bearing performance.

• Reinforced swivel carabiner for secure, fast attachment
• Double-layered, widened 1.5" straps for durability and even load distribution
• Numbered scale on straps for exact and repeatable adjustments

What accessories are included to expand workout variety and portability?

The set arrives ready-to-use with extras designed to broaden training possibilities and simplify travel. A door anchor lets you mount the rings to a solid doorframe, foot straps enable leg-supported drills for core development, and anti-slip grip tape plus a carry bag make packing and handling effortless.

• Door anchor for secure indoor mounting on sturdy doors
• Foot straps to add lower-body and core variations
• Grip tape for extra friction and a durable carry bag for storage

How easy is it to install and adjust the rings between locations?

Installation is fast thanks to the rotatable carabiner and pre-numbered strap slots; you can set a consistent height in seconds and move the rings from gym, park or home without fuss. The included carry bag keeps everything together for travel or storage.

• Swivel carabiner passes through strap slot for quick setup
• Numbered strap stops let you recreate exact heights every session
• Compact carry bag and lightweight wood rings for convenient transport
