Glad Activated Carbon Dog Training Pads 23 x 23 in, 100-Count — odour-trapping charcoal & pheromone attractant

Glad for Pets Activated Carbon Disposable Dog Training Pads are single-use, 23" x 23" absorbent pads with an activated carbon core and pheromone attractant to trap odors and encourage consistent indoor elimination.

These puppy pads combine a multi-layer absorption system with odor-neutralizing charcoal and a pheromone scent to help puppies and adult dogs learn or maintain indoor potty habits. Each pad is designed to contain liquid, lock it into a gel, and protect floors and crate surfaces from leaks. The 100-count pack supplies extended training or incontinence management without frequent reordering.

How do these pads manage liquid and prevent leaks?

The pads use a six-layer construction that channels liquid away from the top surface, converts it to gel, and seals it beneath a polyethylene bottom sheet. Quilted sealed edges help keep fluid from spreading outside the pad, so floors and crates stay dry.

• Non-woven top sheet that directs fluid downward.
• Absorbent tissue layers plus super-absorbent polymer that gels liquid.
• Leak-proof PE bottom layer to protect surfaces.
• Quilted, sealed edges to contain runoff.

Will the activated carbon actually reduce odors in my home?

The activated carbon core is engineered to capture urine odor compounds rather than simply masking them, helping reduce household smells associated with potty training or incontinence. Because the odor is trapped inside the pad structure, disposal removes the source of smell quickly.

• Black charcoal layer targets odor molecules, not just fragrance cover-up.
• Odor is contained within the pad for simpler sanitation and removal.
• Works well in multi-dog homes where frequent accidents occur.

How do the pheromone attractant and pad size help with housebreaking?

Each pad is infused with a pheromone scent that encourages dogs to use the same spot repeatedly, speeding up training consistency. The 23" x 23" dimension fits standard wire crates for dogs up to about 40 pounds and is large enough for many indoor elimination areas.

• Pheromone attractant signals the appropriate elimination location to dogs.
• 23 in x 23 in size fits common crates, playpens, and flat-floor placements.
• Single-use convenience lets you swap fresh pads frequently during training.

How should I use and dispose of the pads safely?

Lay a pad flat on the chosen surface—crate floor, playpen, whelping box, or a protected floor area—and replace it after use. These are disposable single-use pads; fold soiled pads inward and discard with household trash. Do not wash or reuse the pads.

• Place pad flat inside crate or on floor; no adhesive required.
• Fold soiled pad inward to contain waste; dispose in trash.
• Not designed for laundering or repeated use; replace after each soiling.
