GORILLA GRIP Non-Slip Mattress Gripper Pad 54 x 72 (Queen) — Dual-Sided Open-Weave, Breathable Anti-Slip

GORILLA GRIP Non Slip Mattress Gripper is a dual-sided, open-weave slide-stopper pad that secures queen-size mattresses and box springs to prevent slipping and shifting.

If your mattress slides on a platform bed, box spring, or foundation, the Gorilla Grip slide-stopper offers a simple, tool-free way to stabilize bedding. The 54 x 72-inch pad uses a dual-grip texture to hold heavy mattresses and cushions in place while allowing air circulation through its open-weave construction. It’s designed to be trimmed with scissors for nonstandard applications and to stay discreet by sitting slightly smaller than the mattress perimeter.

How does this pad prevent mattress movement?

The gripper combines a textured surface on both faces so it grips the mattress above and the box spring or platform below. Friction on both sides reduces sliding from everyday movements, like getting in and out of bed or shifting position at night.

• Dual-sided traction design to hold mattress and foundation simultaneously
• High-friction weave formulated for heavy mattresses
• Works with fabric, vinyl, wood and metal platforms

Will it breathe and stop moisture buildup under the mattress?

The pad’s open-weave construction promotes airflow beneath the mattress, helping to reduce trapped heat and moisture compared with solid rubber pads. Breathability helps maintain a dryer sleep surface without sacrificing grip.

• Open-weave mesh encourages air circulation
• Less heat retention than dense rubber alternatives
• Durable fibers resist compression over time

How easy is it to install and adjust the size?

Installation is quick: lift the mattress, lay the gripper on the platform or box spring, then set the mattress back in place. The material trims cleanly with household scissors for custom fits on irregular beds or couches.

• Lift‑and‑place setup; no adhesives or tools required
• Trim with scissors to fit nonstandard frames or cushions
• Designed slightly smaller than mattress to remain hidden

What surfaces and furniture can it be used with?

Beyond traditional beds, the slide-stopper works under couch cushions, club chairs, futons, and even some mattress toppers. Its grab works on a wide range of surfaces so cushions and mattresses stay aligned during regular use.

• Compatible with box springs, platform beds, and slatted frames
• Useful under couch cushions and chair seats to prevent shifting
• Holds heavy mattresses as well as lighter cushions in place

Who this is for: homeowners, renters, and anyone with a slipping mattress or shifting cushions who wants a low-cost, fuss-free fix. It’s ideal for people using platform beds, adjustable frames, sofa cushions, or nonstandard furniture sizes who prefer a breathable, trimmable pad rather than adhesive strips or bulky rubber mats.
