If you want an appliance that handles weeknight dinners, batch cooking, and party snacks without taking up a commercial footprint, this Gourmia air fryer delivers robust capacity and simple controls. Its 8-quart basket accommodates portions for 4–6 people, the 1700W heating system reaches up to 400°F, and the stainless-accented exterior pairs function with a kitchen-friendly look. Designed to replace or complement your oven, it’s built to produce roasted, baked, broiled, dehydrated, and crisped results faster than traditional methods.

How does the FryForce 360° system create crispy results?

FryForce 360° refers to high-speed circulating hot air that surrounds food to mimic the texture of frying while using minimal oil. The result is even browning and a crunchy exterior without submerging ingredients in fat. Temperature control and airflow patterns reduce hot spots and help retain moisture inside thicker cuts.

• 360° circulation for consistent browning across the basket
• 1700W power for quick heat-up and steady temperature
• Cooking range from 90°F to 400°F for versatile techniques
• Nonstick basket aids crisping while easing release of foods

What can I cook with the 12 built-in presets?

The 12 presets simplify everyday cooking by storing ideal time and temperature settings for common foods, so you don’t need to guess at adjustments. Presets cover staples like fries, chicken, seafood, vegetables, baked goods and even dehydration for snacks. They’re especially useful for busy mornings or when you want consistent results without monitoring progress.

• One-touch functions for fries, chicken, fish, vegetables, and more
• Preset dehydration for fruit chips and jerky-style snacks
• Adjustable manual settings override presets when needed
• Digital display shows time and temperature clearly

How easy is cleaning and maintenance?

This Gourmia model was designed for low-effort cleanup: the basket and tray are nonstick and dishwasher-safe. Wiping the stainless-accented exterior takes seconds, and removable parts slide out to let you access heating elements and vents for occasional maintenance. Regular care helps maintain performance and extend the appliance’s life.

• Dishwasher-safe basket and tray for quick cleanup
• Nonstick surface reduces food buildup and sticking
• Removable components for easy drying and storage
• Compact footprint fits most countertops and cabinets

How well does the capacity suit a family or entertaining?

With an 8-quart basket, this air fryer handles family-sized portions and small gatherings with room to spare. It’s large enough for whole chickens, multiple servings of fries, or sheet-pan-style batches when crisping snacks for guests. The size balances cooking volume with countertop practicality, so you gain capacity without a bulky appliance.

• 8 qt basket accommodates meals for 4–6 people
• 13" D x 13" W x 14" H footprint fits standard counters
• Powerful 1700W motor reduces cook times
• Stainless-accent finish complements kitchen decor
