GoveeLife Water Leak Detector 5-Pack — IP67 Waterproof Sensors, 105dB Adjustable Alarm, 5-Year Battery

The GoveeLife Upgraded Water Leak Detector 5-Pack is a set of ultra-sensitive, IP67 waterproof sensors with a 105dB adjustable alarm and a built-in five-year battery for long-term leak protection.

These compact detectors are designed to spot the earliest signs of water where it shouldn't be — under sinks, behind appliances, in basements, or beside sump pumps. Each unit uses two probe contacts to sense liquid quickly, triggers a strong local alarm, and is built to tolerate damp environments. Note: these sensors require a GoveeLife H5044 gateway to connect to the app remotely (not compatible with H5040/H5043). The gateway kit with product code BB0DQLDBXWF enables phone monitoring but is sold separately.

How does this detector find leaks early?

Sensors use dual probe contacts to detect water contact across a small surface, improving sensitivity compared with single-point probes. The rapid detection helps you respond before a small spill becomes a costly problem.

• Two sets of sensor probes for broader contact area and faster detection
• Sensors respond to moisture at the floor level where pooling starts
• IP67 rating lets the device remain functional in damp locations

What alarm and alert options are available?

The built-in speaker produces a maximum 105dB alarm that wakes attention immediately, and you can adjust volume across four settings to match your home's noise level. When paired with the required H5044 gateway and the compatible kit, you'll also get remote notifications on your phone.

• Adjustable volume: four levels up to 105dB for flexible placement
• On-device audible alarm for instant local warning
• Optional app notifications if used with the H5044 gateway kit (BB0DQLDBXWF)

How long do these detectors operate without maintenance?

Each unit uses an integrated battery rated to last about five years under normal conditions, minimizing upkeep and replacement trips. The durable exterior and waterproof design also reduce the chance of premature failure from moisture exposure.

• Built-in battery life designed for up to five years of operation
• IP67 waterproof casing tolerates damp and splashes
• Low-maintenance form factor ideal for multiple installation points

Where should I place these sensors for best protection?

Install a detector wherever water leaks can start or pool: near washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters, under sinks, or at basement low points. Because you get a 5-pack, you can cover multiple high-risk locations in a single home.

• Under sinks and around plumbing fixtures
• Behind or beside appliances that use water (washer, dishwasher, water heater)
• Basement corners, sump pumps, and laundry rooms for early pool detection

Who this is for: Homeowners, landlords, and property managers who need reliable, low-maintenance water detection across several locations will benefit from the GoveeLife 5-pack. It suits anyone wanting fast local alarms plus the option to add remote phone alerts using the compatible H5044 gateway kit (BB0DQLDBXWF sold separately). If you need simple, long-running protection in damp areas with flexible volume and durable waterproofing, this kit is a strong fit.
